Seagull Beach Resort - Families and Couples Only

I must point out that this was my first stay at this hotel and I am very impressed with the organization of work, service in every detail, each employee knows what to do and it works very well. Evening entertainment brings a lot of joy I rate my stay as wonderful, the service was great, very nice, helpful. The hotel was very clean, the food was varied, very tasty. I recommend it!!!

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday to Seagull beach resort, we unfortunately didn’t have the best start, but one night and the friendly hotel staffed changed our room with no fuss (we were right above the stage) we ended up in a lovely room, and were super happy, all the staff can’t do enough for you! Especially the general manager Hisham farid, he ensured the rest of our stay was enjoyable. A very clean environment, well maintained. I would say it’s a HUGE resort which I probably should not looked into more, there is two pools unfortunately only one is heated so it’s towels down at 7am vibes! The food is… well typical of Egyptian all inclusive and I’ll leave that there… we went down to the marina but food not good also, I would definitely recommend asking the staff for some recommendations for Egyptian cuisine just outside of the hotel, and everything is very basic and we do like to embrace the culture. We went on a trip to Luxor through ETO travel which was great! Overall really big lovely clean rooms, the bathroom (when moved) was lovely! Just ask to have rooms facing the water slide pool. Entertainment was also really good they did a MJ tribute night and had good outside dancers come in! But go and eat you’re dinner early and immediately get your seating for outside (very similar to the towel and sun lounger situation) every man for himself! Bar staff EID was very helpful and friendly, the guys on reception essam and moh gamal, guest relations also super helpful REMEMBER you need your boarding passes printed hurghada end as they don’t take QR codes at Hurghada airport but guest relations printed them off for us! The seagull hotel is the most amazing place to stay. In 2 years we have stayed ther for 16 weeks over 5 visits and it gets better and better. There was some renovation work going on during our stay but to be honest it didnt bother us,we just went to another part of the hotel. They are doing this work to further improve on this fab hotel. From the maids,the barmen,the restaurant staff, the recreation the cleaners and all the way up to management the staff cant do enough for you. And if you do have any problems just go to guest relations who sort out almost any problems,quierys or issues straight away The food court if simply gorgeous but maybe a little more variation on the food would be great,the same in the restaurant but the food we did have was well cooked,tasty and you will never go hungry,also the restaurant managers will try to accomadate any requests you may have. The room we had was upgraded for us and it was huge with a lovely balcony. Our maid was fantastic,leaving towel art and leaving our room spotless. The barmen in the lobby,dolphin,scooby and restaurant bars went above and beyond,always smiling,friendly and amazing service always The recreation staff on both on the beach and pools went above and beyond and always with plenty of smiles and banter The beach,pools and gardens are always spotless,clean and so well maintained it was beautiful. Overall this is the best hotel we have been to in egypt and we have been to many. Its perfectly located on the fab shearaton st with plenty of shops,bars,restaurants on your doorstep. I have just returned from a week at Seagull beach resort with my 3 children. It was an amazing hotel with lots of pools and 2 amazing beaches. The food was good although not many options for children. The pools were great but be aware most of them were quite deep and not suitable for non swimmers, the water slides were great and always had 2/3 lifeguards at all times. We went on a boat trip with the hotel it was called morning star and I would highly recommend we had the most amazing time snorkelling and seeing a beautiful island called magawish the team were fantastic with the children and it was truly the best boat trip I’ve ever experienced it made our holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful but sometime late a little too much around my children which made me uncomfortable but there was a particular man at the children’s pool who spoke very good English and was very helpful during our stay he was lovely. The evening entertainment was great but it was on quite late around 9.30pm. The rooms were big, clean and modern we were very pleased with the pool view and the facilities in the room. Cleaning staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem they work very hard. Overall a great stay for some winter sun and I would return.
