Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach

I love it here 👌🏽

This was the first time I'd ever been to Egypt and also the first time I'd ever done an all-inclusive... It did not disappoint! Arrival: So, my partner and I arrived on an evening after dinner was finished but we were still treated to a welcome drink and some snacks to tide us over. When we arrived at our room we were surprised with a beautiful bed display and a cake in honour of our anniversary (which I'd let them know we'd be celebrating when we booked). Room: The room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the pools from the small balcony. It had air-con, a safe, TV, couch, table, wardrobes, telephone, minifridge and a separate bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. The room was regularly cleaned unless we put the do-not-disturb sign out and the cleaners did a very thorough job (honestly, the whole support staff are unsung heroes at this place). We were mostly left in peace whilst in our room but the doors need to be closed with a bit of force so, if your neighbours come back at 2am you will know about it! Pools: The pool facilities were great; they're constantly being cleaned so they're excellently maintained. There are 3 pools: Heated, unheated and child's pool. There are also 3 water slides. I can't comment on the kids pool or slides but the other two pools are pretty similar to each other (apart from the temperature difference), neither is very deep but there is plenty of swimming space and the surrounding scenery is very pleasant. The heated pool has a swim-up bar and the other has a snack hut, so you can easily grab a cocktail or ice-cream. Be aware that the pools open and close roughly with the time of sunset/sunrise, so that meant around 0800-1600 while we were there; no late night swimming sessions for us :( Beach: The beach is a little walk away but it's not difficult and even those with mobility issues are unlikely to struggle with it... You just leave the complex, cross the road and head down a foliage-lined pavement through the sister-hotel and you come out on a cordoned off section of beach. While you're there, the staff still bring you refreshments and there's also a security guard on-site, so you feel safe leaving your things on a beach chair and you know that there'll be no hassle from the locals trying to sell you things. There's a large body of water cordoned off for hotel guests to swim in with anchored platforms and perry-bouys scattered throughout. We did a little snorkeling and it's not hard to come across fish in this area either. When you're done there are some showers nearby but no changing facilities (but with your room 5 minutes away, that's no big deal). Food & Drink: There are places all over the complex where you can grab a snack or drink throughout the day and the inclusive drinks include all softies, local beer, spirits and cocktails but I believe wine cost extra (I'm not a big alcohol drinker so I wasn't especially paying attention) the drinks are on the weak side but I suspect they don't want to b

We had an stay for over 2 weeks here in this resort and I must to say that it was an amazing time! What a wonderful people and place, rooms were always clean and decorated and food was really delicious and something different every day, and animation team is just amazing, activities, shows, kids club, everything was just wonderful;) I will definitely come back again 1000% recommend

That’s the most beautiful and polite hotel I’ve ever been to! I definitely loved it! My child loves the kids club and mini disco in the night ! We will definitely come back again soon :) I soon want to return to this ecxelete hotel where they provide a wonderful stay

It was a great stay! The hotel is smaller, almost new or looking so. Everything is clean and comfortable. Very nice main restaurant with great cuisine, lot of salads, all possible meat (of course except pork,), fruit, ice cream, really beatiful desserts. Comfortable and stable sunbeds by the pools and sea with adequate quantity to choose, whereever you want to lay. Nice beach bars with many possible cocktails, local beer in a good quality. Also there very kind and joking staff 🙂 Special thanks to entertainment team! They do all that job about beach sports, games and evening fun and they do it very well, you will never get bored! The only small problem we saw were the connecting doors between rooms, they are very solid, but sometimes you can hear more than necessary from other room. Hi I would like to share my feelings about staying in this hotel (at the end of May 2024) The hotel complex is large, spacious, especially clean, and exudes novelty and luxury. Rather, for people who are looking for more peace, relaxation, sports, wellness and fun. The rooms are spacious with a balcony or terrace. There was a full minibar in the room, which of course was included free of charge in the price of the all inclusive ultra, replenished daily. The description of the rooms corresponds to the photos on the Internet. The room has a large double bed, sofa, TV, Internet in the room (wifi) with an excellent signal (there is no need to buy a SIM card at the airport if you are sure that you will have Internet access), a large private bathroom with a toilet and a shower , hair dryer, toiletries (500ml shower shampoo, hand soap as well as hair shampoo) body lotion was only in small 30ml bottles. In the room, you will find a bathrobe, as well as slippers, a bag with reserved towels intended only for the beach. They will bring 2 bottles of drinking water in 1.5l glass bottles to your room every day, if you ask for more, no problem, they will give you as much as you need. The cleaning service will clean your room every day and replace everything necessary. If you have a problem with mosquitoes, they can provide you with an electric vaporizer against insects for free in your room. The beach is cozy and always well-groomed. There was never a fight for sunbeds, there are plenty of them. Of course, you have a great wifi signal on the beach as well as in the entire resort. There is an amazing service on the beach, they will bring you any drink you can think of. The resort has a total of 5 swimming pools as well as a tennis court, 2 ATMs, 3 restaurants, a fitness center. There is a pedestrian zone in front of the hotel with a large number of shops. The hotel staff is very nice, helpful, extremely willing, selfless, they welcome you every day with a smile, they try to remember your name and what country you come from. They communicate in English, but as soon as you say what country you are from, they will communicate with you the whole time. in your native language. At least 80% of employees are fluent in more than 3-5 languages ​​(English, German, Russian, French, Czech, Slovak, etc.) I would like to highly praise the man who was in charge of the entire management of the kitchen staff as well as the cleaning service. Every day he greeted me with a smile, shook my hand, asked if everything was okay, if I had any requests. This is how he treated every guest in this hotel. They could see that they appreciate us.
