Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa

Hotel is nice, room big and comfortable. Food and drinks really good and amazing cafe with cookies. Staff really nice. Beach good for kitesurfing. Price that we get Was law for this standards. But..... My disapointet Was that we extra pay for room see view. We get 1176 at 1 st floor that in our opinion is pool view - sorry maybe from second floor is better. This is the reason why I dont want to give 5 stars ......

Just got back from a week away at the Bellagio and honestly we had a fab time. The reception staff are really accommodating and upgraded us as soon as we arrived. I did have an issue with the ac in my room but the next day they changed it with no issues. The food is ok, there is always guaranteed to be something everyone will like. Can’t go wrong with the chips, pizza, burgers etc. the cocktails were hit and miss the first one I ordered had a really thick juice in it that just wasn’t great. I ended up just sticking to the blue lagoons as they were always good. The hotels on a private Beach with a pier you can walk down and get into the sea from. There was entertainment most days and evenings - the circus and fire show were amazing. The shows ended around 10 so the hotel was quiet after this. The main pool is heated however the slides are not and these pools are cold. We didn’t see many people on the slides and the kids paddling pool and slides was closed the whole time we were there. All the staff and even the other holiday makers were friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Big shout you to John on reception and Mo In the hotel shop. There are people that go around offering services but a firm no I’m okay thanks sends them on there way. I did however opt for a massage and facial and honestly it was really worth the money I did barter on price. We also paid for all our excursions before we went on get your guide this I suggest doing, it made life so easy. Overall we had a really good holiday and I would recommend this hotel, I’m even planning to return for a shorter stay to go and see Luxor next time.

The best hotel I have ever been. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are absolutely amazing. Entertainment is excellent, there is always something to do from morning till night. Food and drinks are plentiful and service exceptional. There were 16 of us that went. We was a little worried that we may struggle to sit together with being so many of us. The staff went above and beyond for us, we had sun beds together every morning and fresh flowers. My mother in law is 84, so a double sun bed was set up for her so she didn’t struggle. We had a table for all of us every evening, the staff are honestly exceptional. Food and drink is fantastic, and was available from morning till late night. The hotel is beautiful and set out fantastic. The pools and beaches are beautiful. It is kept immaculate, always being cleaned. We will definitely be going back, bellagio is in our hearts. I’m coming to the end of my two week holiday at the bellagio in hurghada. I’ve come alone with my 8 year old daughter for some fun in the sun with also plenty of time to relax. The hotel is a perfect location right on the beach. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are in very good condition. The hotel itself is being cleaned and maintained all day everyday. The pools and water slides are amazing for all ages. The staff are fantastic very polite and are willing to do whatever they can to make your holiday as relaxing and easy as possible. The animation team are wonderful people very kind and have got plenty going on throughout the day and evening to keep both children and adults busy with activities. There is a show every evening to keep you entertained my daughter loved the fire show! As a single mum travelling alone with my daughter I made sure to book the safest way to leave the hotel when I wanted to. In the reception there is a gentlemen that can book you a private taxi to and from where you need to go and it will be the same person who will pick you up and bring you back to the hotel safely. It may be a little more in price but I didn’t mind as i knew it was the safest option. Overall we’ve had a brilliant holiday and we will be returning next October! I would highly recommend if your looking for a relaxing holiday or if your looking for some fun with a family of all ages! Oh and the food is great too several restaurants with lots of options! I think my daughter has eaten pancakes and pizza everyday Hannah
