Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa

This hotel is advertised as a 5 star but I think 3 star would be more deserving. Best points - The pool & the Jaccazui suite room were amazing. Their spa facility and gym looked very good. Bad points - I was not given my welcome pack until the day before I checked out. The buffet food was very basic with not much flavour. All the pastries were basic and bland besides the baklava. I was told they are short staffed and have no drink when I asked room service to bring some up. The A La Carte was all pre booked so I cannot comment on how those were as I did not get the chance to try these. The drinks were watered down and not great at all. Honestly I booked it based on the room and that was the best thing. Even when they cleaned the room and changed the towels they left the plates and drinks in the room.

Hotel is nice, room big and comfortable. Food and drinks really good and amazing cafe with cookies. Staff really nice. Beach good for kitesurfing. Price that we get Was law for this standards. But..... My disapointet Was that we extra pay for room see view. We get 1176 at 1 st floor that in our opinion is pool view - sorry maybe from second floor is better. This is the reason why I dont want to give 5 stars ......

This was our 2nd year to a great hotel, our favourite all time holiday of the year. All the staff are great, we saw some new and old staff. From the moment we got out of the taxi everyone welcomed us back, we were really overwhelmed they all remembered us. Our room cleaner was an amazing young man who looked after us, anything we needed was sorted. Our deluxe room was cleaned and refreshed daily, the beds were so comfortable. This time we over looked the Spa, we would have preferred to over look the pool and entertainment area like the year before but we still loved it. Both restaurant managers in Ristro restaurant pampered to our every need, showed us to a table and ordered our drinks, there was ample choice of food, the lamb was amazing, I showed the restaurant manager a picture of yorkshire puddings as this would have been a real treat haha. This year we chose the Chinese restaurant for our silver service choice, the food was fantastic, again the manager and waiters were friendly and attentive. The entertainment this year was out of this world, the Egyptian night, the water jet display we managed to see this on our last day but in a whole there was entertainment day and night, always something to watch or join in with. Mr Tuna and Mr Grapes were still there from last year, they too remembered us, they made our day making us laugh, we wished we had their energy. Reception were friendly and helpful, so was the pharmacy on site. Mustaffa was still there from last year from the Spa going around doing his threading, ouch but felt smooth afterwards. The girls from the Spa did a great job with our nails and eyebrows. The bar staff at the beech ( Hassan), the lobby bar (Ahmed) also remembered us. The 18+ bar was extremely busy this year, struggled to find a table this year, the hotel was busy but we always found a sunbed down on the beach, our favourite all time place. Customer service ladies were walking around this year making sure everyone's holiday was good and making improvement's if not. We ran out of milk in the room so the girls made sure we got it replenished, in fact a manager brought it himself to the room. Overall, again we cannot fault this hotel & spa, the staff never stop cleaning everywhere, everyone is friendly, we had another fabulous holiday. We would like to thank everyone who made our 2nd time special and we look forward to seeing you all again early November 2025, best regards from Carol & Catherine.
