Club Paradisio El Gouna Red Sea

The reception at the hotel was great, the service was courteous and helpful. The check-in at the hotel reception went smoothly. We were taken to our room and didn't have to carry any bags ourselves! The room itself was great. The food was varied and delicious. There was something for every taste. The entertainers were caring, friendly and extremely funny and entertaining! A big compliment to Bob, Sama, Amira and Jimmy!!! They are so great!!! And Ahmed, from the main pool, is the best waiter!!! We would have liked to recruit him, but he didn't want to come to Germany. It's probably too cold there. It was a very nice vacation and we will definitely be back!

Super clean hotel, smells amazing when you walk in & I loved the treats and refreshments at the reception! Staff is super friendly we were so happy. Food was absolutely fantastic, tasty, fresh and delicious, we will miss the Egyptian food. Entertainment every night with variety of programmes was so good. There are a lot of swimming pool, we loved the Zen Pool because you can actually relax without anyone approaching to sell you a service like the way it is if you are on the main pool or on the beach. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable sheets are super clean, comfortable pillows, I slept like a baby each night! Cleaners are neat and attentive to details and the room is always spotless when we come back at the end of the day. Security personnel are so nice and making sure we are ok at all times when we leave and when we come back, they always made sure we are safe when we plan a trip or go out. I didn’t appreciate though, throughout our stay I was always approached by staff either at the main pool, beach or even at the spa when I went for a massage, they always asking if I was from this country or the other… or they say you look like from that other country when I answer to where I am from, I found that rude and frustrating to me especially when I came all the way to El Gouna to relax!

Club Paradisio is like coming home to our second home. We are staying here for our third time and everything is exzellent. The animation team is always present and has an open ear and does everything to keep the guest satisfied. Animation is "Schokolata" Also all other like kitchen, bar, gardening everyone is very friendly. The room cleaning is also daily and very good. The Club Paradisio is no brand new hotel but a place were you can feel a special kind of spirit between the colleagues. The management is also always present and interested that the guest is satisfied. It was not our last holiday on this famous place

beautiful grounds, attractive rooms, extremely friendly staff, wonderful delicious buffets, everything very clean, lovely beach with lange parasols, well-kept, heated swimming pool, diving school and kite school, well-kept gardens

Stunning hotel , excellent staff , spotlessly clean rooms ,and surrounding areas , couldnt fault the food etc , would defo visit again ,el gouna on the whole is a excellent place and safe to visit . Highly reccomended .This resort is very easy to get about ,and very accessible for the infirm , El gouna is quite luxurious without the pretense superb and stunning place to stay .

The Room is always clean and the food is also delicious and varied. The Beach is very clean and the water is clear. The Animation Team are so nice and always happy. It‘s also good for people who don‘t speak englisch because they also speak German a bit. All in all it‘s the best Holiday i‘ve ever had. I recommend it.

The Hotel has some amazing amenities and extremely professional staff. Had a nice relaxed vibe but had enough entertainment to keep anyone occupied. Drinks on the sun bed and a swim in the pool was enough to satisfy us daily and made for some nice time off. We’ve been to Egypt twice now and this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. The hotel hooked us up with some diving which was an amazing experience for our first time and not too expensive. Whilst me and my wife were diving the hotel looked after the kids in their onsite kids club (amazing feature). And the kids had spent the day drawing with Sama one of the kids club staff who was a bundle of joy. We hope to be back one day and thank the hotel for allowing us to make many lasting memories

This hotel is great destination for families and friends, I do love it, the beach is good, the water activities are amazing, the food is delicious and of good hygiene,comfortable rooms, I do advise everyone to visit this hotel.

We came here as a family and stayed for 4 days. The food is amazing because it’s an open buffet, the rooms are old fashioned and cute. The drinks are refreshing. The animation team is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are friendly, funny, lively. The shows are engaging and are done everyday.. they are different w entertaining.😍😍😍
