Come to the Red Sea for a vacation with your girlfriends
View: the sea view is really good
Facilities: but the hotel facilities are too old
Hygiene: If you don't mind the poor sanitary conditions, this hotel's value for money is okay.
Service: The quality does need to be improved, some are good and some are bad. For example, our check-in was very good, but the check-out person was very impatient.
Food: This is the most unacceptable thing. All kinds of drinks are filled with water. I can still accept the juice with water. The milk is also filled with water and has no milk flavor at all. So many families bring their children and everyone is very angry!

It was so great vacation with my family we really had best moments 🥰 And every thing was perfect specially girl from animation Rachel she was so friendly and very good dancer 🙏💙 Wish to see you again And same people who works here stay And by the way food was perfect👍

Stayed here in January 2025. Whilst here I had a birthday , the staff decorated my bedroom and delivered a cake.which was very nice of them. The staff are all very friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Our pool boy hossam is always very cheerful and smiley. The managers always have time to stop and chat with you and make sure everything is OK.. The swimming pools are always clean and well maintained. The food is great and always a choice or something to eat even for the fussy eaters. Looking forward to returning soon and seeing all the staff that treat you like family
