房間設施就不用多幻想，類似國內老萬豪水平。公區很美，但，服務非常一般。早餐桌子布前面桌子客人吃臟了不收拾，讓我直接用。我跟前台有反映服務不佳的事，但前台也衹是淡淡迴應並沒有認真對待。2000的房價，不匹配的服務水平，不要給這家送錢。男爵宮殿，原來服務員才是男爵，中國客人是他展現傲慢的對象。禮賓以及保安處很好，但早餐廳的那位能説中文你好的，皮膚白瘦高個子，是酒店服務水平的敗筆。

酒店是這次埃及最讓人失望的一個，房間設施老舊， 熱水不熱，窗簾也是壞的，關鍵是全包式酒店，攜程上沒説，到了要我們補錢，我們説不吃也不行，吃的又像豬食一樣難吃，哎，除了景色是OK的，其他一言難盡

The hotel is magnificent, very quiet, clean, and the service is excellent. The employees are very welcoming, pleasant, and always ready to help. I have a special memory of our bellman Ali Sayed’s kindness, professionalism, and good work. Always smiling, available, and very attentive toward the guests. Many thanks and love to Ali Sayed, Khaled Eid, the young Hammi from the 4th-floor cleaning service, and to each employee from the hotel, restaurant, beach bar who made our first visit to Hurghada unforgettable.

What great place staff friendly but what really impressed me was how spacious the hotel felt never felt crowded staff in all restaurants very friendly one thing the General manager was available to chat I have never seen this in other hotels he really cares for his guests

Where do I start? Returned home yesterday after a superb 7 days at the Baron. Got to be honest, we wanted to return to the Premier Le Reve which we stayed at in June but the cost at 2k per week each was excessive. After staying here I think we have found the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. Never an issue with sun beds, Team only too happy to help. Food great and a great selection of a-la-carte restaurants which are easily bookable. Bars and bar service is excellent too and the entertainment, whilst not West end, is worth watching and not at all intrusive. Shout out to Mido (Bar) and Ali (Bellboy Team Leader) who were excellent, but it was hard to choose the best as all service was efficient and the Team were sincere. If I was to be really picky, the a la carte restaurant service can be a little slow and the WiFi was a little patchy but absolutely nothing that would stop us from returning Hotel is immaculate and we are returning in December. For anyone a little indecisive (as we were), give it a go, you will be very impressed.
