Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay

Everything from the room to food was up to standard. The hotel is quite spacious, with 400m private beach. The whole vibe of the hotel have created a very relaxing athmosphere for our stay. The only minus is that the last day, one person really pressed us to leave a review here on TripAdvisor, and he wanted us to finish in front of him to make a screenshot of submitted review. I wish the person was a bit less pressing, as I wanted to leave the review anyway.

Exceptional Stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, Makadi Bay/ A True 5-Star Experience! From the moment we arrived at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The main hotel is huge and beautifully designed, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade free to a stunning sea and pool view room since i was traveling with our son. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for what would be an unforgettable experience. What stood out the most was the incredible hospitality of the staff. As Muslim travelers, we were initially unsure about how accommodating the resort would be, but we were genuinely overwhelmed by their kindness and consideration. We entered the blessed month of Ramadan during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. For Suhoor, they provided us with an abundant spread so much so that we had to request smaller portions! They even opened the restaurant at Suhoor time exclusively for us, setting up a beautiful table with carefully prepared food. The respect, generosity, and warmth we received made us feel like royalty. The restaurant staff and managers personally checked in on us, ensuring we had everything we needed, and even asked the chef to prepare special dishes for us. The chef himself took the time to come and ask if there was anything we would like, which was such a thoughtful touch. Beyond the amazing hospitality, the resort itself is breathtaking. The beach is huge and stunning, with attentive staff who help set up towels and make sure guests are comfortable. The weather was fantastic, with just a light breeze, making it perfect for relaxing by the sea. For those seeking peace and quiet, the resort also has an adults-only section, making it an ideal choice whether you’re looking for family fun or a tranquil getaway. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was truly special, and I wanted to share my gratitude. It is our first time in Egypt and my husband had his 50th birthday while we were there, they gave him a birthday cake which was very kind. All the staff are very welcoming, we have some very lovely times. The Animation team are all very friendly and happy. The food was all very nice, and so much of it. We were given an upgrade for our room. Which was beautiful. Can not fault this hotel at all. Would definitely recommend.

All the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, attentive and hardworking. The room was spacious, spotless and had a huge and very comfortable bed. It came with a fridge, safe, large shower facilities and plenty of storage. The hotel pools and the grounds were immaculate. The food was varied, plentiful and of good quality. We had a super time.
