整個行程當中最舒適的地方是這兒，但是整個過程最糟糕的也是這兒，入住酒店的時候把重要的護照以及現金放在酒店保險櫃！由於出海中途沒有取過，在辦理退房的時候取出來就發現少了幾百美金！聯繫前台告知情況，多次嘗試詢問處理結果也無果！

前台服務都不錯！年輕的小夥服務都好又熱情！
泳池沙灘的服務一般，晚餐廳那個主管服務差勁寫了投訴信了❌餐廳的女服務生也很好👍🏻
酒店的沙灘和海岸線不行，綠綠的像灘塗地不好下水，衹有潛點那一塊可以下

首先對於這個酒店的入住體驗是失望的，可能是因為前期期望太高，落差大了。這個酒店同樣遠離赫爾格達市中心，車程30分鐘左右。酒店前台辦理入住體驗還是很好的，非常有禮貌，有耐心，還會對酒店的基礎設施做個簡單介紹。每個房間都是獨立一棟，類似國內聯排別墅，訂的基礎房，也完全夠用了，還帶了一個後院，但是後院非常雞肋，高牆圍了起來，什麼也看不到，利用率非常低。房間的衞生不太行，拿起電話看看按鍵和話筒，臟的不行，電視懸掛在牆上也是歪的，我多怕它掉下來！另外就是房間內有多扇大玻璃窗，所有遮光簾都是衹能手搖升降，把它升上去吧，外面人來人往的看房間裏面清清楚楚，把它降下來吧，房間裏面暗的不行，降來升去的還累人。重點來了，房間的衞生間有個小泡池，這個泡池會反水，就是你在淋浴房淋浴，水會直接流入泡池裡，非常噁心。訂的房間含早晚餐，感覺餐廳的服務人員都很疲憊，説話做事都是那種想趕緊下班的感覺，兩個早餐，兩個晚餐都是這種體驗感。再着就是靠近海一側的泳池非常臟，水底什麼都有，噁心的讓人反胃。最後酒店日落日出很美，訂這個酒店別太高期望。再多一嘴，酒店很大，從房間去大堂或餐廳有接駁車，但好幾次要等10分鐘，走路都到了，但是高温大太陽沒遮擋，人要熟了，以上。

因為是臨時多住了一晚兩個訂單，就再多説兩句。去的時候天氣比較冷，沒有下海。酒店的海灘比較普通，海景從高處看很美。這家和城堡酒店都在比較遠的一個區域，報出海項目一般要加付 5 美元一個人接送費用，不想出這個錢的可以考慮自己 indrive 打車到市區碼頭附近

除了飲食上略單調（西式 印度菜為主 中國胃還是有點不習慣 晚餐點的海鮮烤盤還可以） 其他都挺好的 特別是在盧克索玩了幾天到達後感覺身心都放鬆了（懂得都懂：）。這個季節下海冷了點。期待下次再來度假
