此次埃及之行住的經歷最差的酒店，訂單裏麪包含一日三餐，最後一天中餐也是包含的，因為酒店規定是12點退房，下午一點多在吃中餐的時候竟然被一箇中年男工作人員在眾目睽睽之下叫出餐廳，像個犯人一樣被帶到前台，索要700埃磅餐費，在一個五星級酒店裡麪出現這種極其粗魯無禮的行為，簡直不敢相信，本人去過幾十個國家，住過幾百家星級酒店，這種情況還是第一次遇到。説實話這種粗魯的行為已經嚴重影響到酒店的形象，希望以後不要發生這種低級可怕的事情。不過酒店的價格非常便宜，環境也特別漂亮，自助餐也很豐盛美味，酒店前台工作人員，行李員，安保人員，餐廳，客房的服務員工作態度都非常好，遇到的每一個工作人員都很熱情，樂於助人，非常好的酒店，值得入住。

Been twice to this hotel and will be booking to come back again 100% the hotel staff are fantastic and could not do any more for you. Everything you need and more in one place beach in resort and a spa with a great range of treatments and massage. Three restaurants included also. Very friendly very catering and the entertainment is absolutely fantastic plenty to do during the day and lots on at night time. Daily activities such as stretching /aqua gym /darts and the night time entertainment is brilliant with new shows/entertainment on every night. There is a fabulous disco for once the bar closes and once again is fantastic. Fantastic set of an entertainment team tiff, serag, loofty, Ahmed and bebo are the most friendly bunch and there’s no better team for the job at all.

Good Hotel, I like the room, the food is very good. The beach is clean and the view is very nice. The staff is very friendly and I mostly like the animation team. Bedo is the best! And siraj and lufe ………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

We had a great experience at the Continental hotel. The staff is very friendy and courteous. The rooms and the beach are clean. There is a good selection of delicious food. There is always something interesting to do in the evening and during the day. The animation team plans a lot of interesting activities every day. Especially the team member Bedo.

I have travelled in many different countries and stayed in many hotels. During my visit in Hurghada this time too, I changed and stayed in 5 different resorts just to experience different hotels. And Continental Hotel was the best. It’s so classic and quaint, beautiful and clean. Loved the hotel! And also, I must mention a staff working there, Serag. He was the most professional staff I have ever met in my whole life full with lots of travel. He is the powerhouse and the centre of Intercontinental Hotel. He is an entertainer but a gentle man at the same time. Thanks to him, the atmosphere of the hotel gets lifted up and we have very pleasant and nice staying. The best hotel and best staffs. Thank you!”

Wonderful oriental experience with unique Egyptian hospitality, smiling and helpful staff all around to make you feel at home and welcome in every moment. Highly recommended for families, couples and friends. There are plenty of sport and entertainment options with fabulous animation team, but you can also enjoy in your leisure time with no group activity at all, without being pressured. I look forward to coming again.

Absolutely great hotel for a stay in Hurghada, entertainment is amazing with great selection of entertainment for everyone. Food is good and rooms are good the price. Area is amazing with some great shop selections. There is a pool, bar and beach.
