The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

It was an amazing holiday here. From the service to the breathtaking views. Food here is delicious and you can also choose from many ala carte restaurants. Everything is clean and look so nice. Stuff is helpful and nice. Also the animation here is very friendly. We enjoyed a few activities with them every day such as aqua gym, darts or beachvoleyball. And we were not bored in the evening either thanks to amazing shows in amphitheater or at the beach.

We were there 8 nights and i can say the hotel was great. Everywhere was clean,food was very tasty and work of all staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpfull. Animation team made a lot of activities for guests,we had much fun by dart playing or aqua gym,especially with MEGO. Every night was another program and we liked all. I can recommend this hotel to families with children because of Aquapark and mini disco every evening.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, view is great, food was awesome and the animation team is on fire, my only concern was the reception as they are not hospitable as they should be ,they are not even doing the bare minimum .also FYI the resort is huge so facilities are not close to each other, if you have elderly people or kids, it would be tiring, I was in Sunrise Aqua joy before coming to Sunrise garden beach resort and if I were to choose again I would have preferred to spend the whole vacation in Sunrise Aqua joy .

The view is amazing the sea view and the pool is very good and the team of animation are amaizng they have more actives so i come from qutar i enjoying and the room is very good and the bar man is helping me every time and i see more german guets that make me love this place thanks guys for everything

This holiday was excellent, hotel so nice and all the people care about us. We can’t complain because everything was perfect. Service, pools, slides, Alacarte restaurant, main restaurant, Nasaya restaurant, animations team and program everything was great. Our room was nice and clean. Our favorite alacarte restaurant Mexican and Italian. We can recommend and we like to come back.

Fantastic Resort……. This is our 5th visit to The Sunrise Garden Beach Resort and once again we didn’t want to leave. Nice modern clean rooms, fantastic pool area, again spotless. The à la cart restaurants are first class as is the variety and quality of the buffet restaurant, compliments to past the executive chef. There is so much choice of food for everybody and an amazing selection of fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel’s private beach is a must to go to. The staff are so friendly and helpful from management to gardeners. Well done Sunrise Gardens and see you soon
