The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

The second time I stayed at the Sunrise Garden. And the second time they surprised me with their professionalism . The staff in reception is the best . They are very friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed ❤️, with his servise I felt myself at home

Hello, I would like to leave a review for this hotel. I stayed there with my wife and our two children, aged 4 and 6. I’ll start with the rooms — they were spacious, and the cleaning was done every day. The food variety changed daily, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beach had fine sand and no seashells. The water didn’t get too shallow with the tide, so after walking about 7 meters into the sea, the depth was around 1.6 meters. Wi-Fi was free, even on the beach, and there were evening activities every night. We managed to have a great vacation at this resort, and I confidently recommend it!

I would like to share a very disappointing experience I had with Sun Rise Garden Hotel, especially to warn future guests about issues related to payment via card (network payment). During my stay, I paid using my debit/credit card, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, the hotel staff insisted that the transaction was not received in their system and demanded that I pay again. When I asked them to check the settlement report from the CCM machine, the staff member simply said: "I don’t have it,” and refused to take any responsibility or provide assistance in resolving the issue. This kind of response is highly unprofessional and shows poor handling of electronic payments. It also reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer care. Advice for all future guests: Be extremely cautious when paying by card. Always request and keep a printed receipt of your transaction. Do not leave without confirming that your payment has been properly recorded in the system. If anything seems suspicious, do not hesitate to report it or escalate the issue. Experiences like this should be documented so that service providers can be held accountable and other customers can be better informed. We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel many times in the last 6 years, staying up to 70 days on one of our last trips. I have written numerous reviews but this one is different as I want to focus on one very important and often overlooked part of the amazing hotel system that ensures your stay is a happy and pleasurable one - the Concierge Team. They don’t just deliver luggage and escort you to your room, they are a happy, friendly and super efficient group of guys who anre very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They will provide a taxi service around the hotel on one of their club cars and have mobility aids e.g. wheelchairs, wheeled walking frames etc. available for loan during your stay should you have mobility issues. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the boys for all their help in the past and congratulate him on providing a service that is second to none. Special thanks to Hossam Abuoqel and Mustafa Magee Arafa for your dedication.
