I had a very disappointing experience at Hilton Hurghada. I arrived with my family and young children at 2 PM, expecting a smooth check-in process. Instead, we were left standing in the reception area for two full hours until 4 PM before we could check in.
There was no clear communication or proper hospitality during the wait. With kids and luggage, this delay was extremely exhausting and unacceptable, especially from a hotel that carries the Hilton name.
Unfortunately, this negative first impression really affected the rest of our stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the check-in process and customer care for future guests.
