Jaz Makadi Oasis Resort

Three level and no lift. Tipped the man to carry bags, but every time you want to go room your hiking and the days get warm. A lot of food to select from. Just not to my personal expectations of taste. The chefs are very nice and I know trying. Maybe if they served less options be better quality. Trying.too hard to cover alot. The picture of the slides is apart of all the motels in the complex so you have to get a 15 minutes bus up and back. It does come reasonably often. Although no mention of that before booking. This was upset us a lot as did not expect the leave every day and come back to use. Oh and they shut all slides down and open again at 2pm. So one of the days we turned up and waited an hour for it to have water again. They say 200m to beach . A full motel inbetween this one and the beach. Had these boats that can use to see the bottom, but no person around to ask if I can hire or just use. Check in Services when you arrive don't tell you about options. Takes asking around to you find out where to get simple things like darts for board, but out in the open no score board to play an actual game orake.for distance on the ground. Pool room has fan not air con. Really you go to this motel and don't go to any other place. It's remote think that's why they include everything as have to. The pool back has a basic list and serve in plastic. To get a nice cocktail go inside bar. The pizza man at motel for lunch does a good job, the pizza man at the water slide does not. The evening entertainment is good that the dancers encourage people to join in. Wifi is horrific. Almost like trying to use a free one in a shopping centre. House cleaning turns of your air con and it takes two hours to cool the room back down. Sheets were clean They give you big bottles to wash and say for the environment but still using plastic straws like we are in the 50's and don't know better. Each day give you a new beach towel. It's clean but definitely has seen a lot better days. Edges fray ECT. Twin beds so close together, we moved out a bedside table to give space, yet their is a big open space for wardrobe as you enter room Poor design When it rains no cover outside area as all are straw or mesh. The tiles/ pavers are so slippery and dangerous. So many workers some sleezy.

What a fantastic hotel arrived very quick check in with welcome drinks . Everything so clean and all staff so welcome from fathma our restaurant waiter to Sam the man who never let us dehydrate our bar waiter .at both bars and all the other guys always a smile and chat and couldn't do enough for you . Our cleaner with his towel art and keeping our room clean . The full hotel was super clean . Entertainment was brilliant the animation team where brill .rock . charlie .Steve .angel and Stephan fantastic team and Ryan head of the team worked so hard and was always getting you in evolved in all there activities I even had a tour of one of most important parts of hotel the kitchens spotless and showed us all the different stations and there ten day plan of menu food was fantastic every day . also the beach food court was fantastic holiday was amazing through the hard work of all at jaz makadi oasis from laundry right through to front desk could go on and on but just perfection

Lovely friendly staff Magic team were brilliant great for all the family. Pools are great free bus to water park which was also free with all inclusive holiday. There was loads of Food all day long and there was also plenty to choice from. Entertainment was all day long from sports aqua evening entertainment was also fun for all the family

Been to JAZ Makadi Oasis for the frst time. I liked it very much. A pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff. Food great. Everything was just right

Oasis is a nice place, beautiful gardens, 2 swimming pools, playgrounds, bars. Rooms are not luxurious, but is so clean. Nice beach of 5 min distance. Food quality, staff very friendly.

We spent 7 days in the hotel and every single on them was great. It was our first time in Egypt and our expectations were surpassed. We arrived in the night and after quick check-in we have been transfered to our rooms. Rooms are fine, eqipped with essential items. No issues with aircon. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The service in the whole hotel was at high level. Food was fine with variety of cuisine and we enjoyed eating on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special thanks to HANY from main restaurant who was very friendly, helpful and doing great job! Hotel has two swimming pools and we liked both of them. There is a quick passage to the beach. Beach was very nice with sunbeds and the Red Sea is unbelievable. All-incl. alcohol was ok. There small shops within the hotel area, but prices are way too expensive. We will definatelly come back!

Jaz Makadi oasis is a very good hotel and very beautiful. The staff very good and friendly specially Ibrahim Mousa at reception is perfect and very friendly The best one. And Mahmoud at restaurant also friendly and helpful. Really I enjoy in this hotel and I will come again .

This is an incredible resort. Absolutely beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time during our stay at the Jaz Makadi Oasis Resort. It will be my choice on a future trip to Egypt. Thank you guys for everything.

In general is the hotel very well maintained. I found the nubian style interesting. The gardens are beautiful. Cleanliness is exceptional. Food was tasty and always different choices. Our room was average, but fine for the stay with kids. The kids club really worked and the ladies really took care of the kids entertainment. Every evening was there a different program for adults and the kids too. The best was " Michael Jackson show". Amazing !!! Location is very nice for kids to observe a little coral reef, right on the beach just 500 m away by foot.
