Families and friends friendly , nice staff , beach very close

Three level and no lift. Tipped the man to carry bags, but every time you want to go room your hiking and the days get warm. A lot of food to select from. Just not to my personal expectations of taste. The chefs are very nice and I know trying. Maybe if they served less options be better quality. Trying.too hard to cover alot. The picture of the slides is apart of all the motels in the complex so you have to get a 15 minutes bus up and back. It does come reasonably often. Although no mention of that before booking. This was upset us a lot as did not expect the leave every day and come back to use. Oh and they shut all slides down and open again at 2pm. So one of the days we turned up and waited an hour for it to have water again. They say 200m to beach . A full motel inbetween this one and the beach. Had these boats that can use to see the bottom, but no person around to ask if I can hire or just use. Check in Services when you arrive don't tell you about options. Takes asking around to you find out where to get simple things like darts for board, but out in the open no score board to play an actual game orake.for distance on the ground. Pool room has fan not air con. Really you go to this motel and don't go to any other place. It's remote think that's why they include everything as have to. The pool back has a basic list and serve in plastic. To get a nice cocktail go inside bar. The pizza man at motel for lunch does a good job, the pizza man at the water slide does not. The evening entertainment is good that the dancers encourage people to join in. Wifi is horrific. Almost like trying to use a free one in a shopping centre. House cleaning turns of your air con and it takes two hours to cool the room back down. Sheets were clean They give you big bottles to wash and say for the environment but still using plastic straws like we are in the 50's and don't know better. Each day give you a new beach towel. It's clean but definitely has seen a lot better days. Edges fray ECT. Twin beds so close together, we moved out a bedside table to give space, yet their is a big open space for wardrobe as you enter room Poor design When it rains no cover outside area as all are straw or mesh. The tiles/ pavers are so slippery and dangerous. So many workers some sleezy.

Nice stay I faced a problem during check in asking for birth certificates for my young children which are 9 and 7 years old My kids are so young so what is the need for age proof they stopped my check in asking me to login to egypt online portal to get the birth certificate which wasted my day or asking me to call ********** room service as i asked for additional water and blanket many times and never came !!!! The hotel’s facilities are good and one comment on animation team who makes games and shows not appropriate for children without any notice Overall nice stay enjoyed the AQUA and pool activities

Beautiful place This is a beautiful place It is spotlessly clean and in a great location It is also clearly a flagship resort for a large German travel agent, as evidenced by all of the certificates in their reception area; however this means that you will be greeted in German first for the entirety of your stay ... It became easier and less awkward to just reply in German. I would have rather they spoke Arabic at first Our stay was amazing - The room (superior, pool view) was on the ground floor, and as such had steps straight from the balcony area to the pool, which saved having to fight for sunbeds ... although there seemed to be plenty The short walk across the road and down the leafy lane to the beach was no bother at all, and the snorkelling at the coral just off the beach was awesome - we saw loads of colourful fish, and even a ray The place is idyllic The only gripe would be in the buffet restaurant - The staff are over attentive, and three times we had our table cleared when we were at the buffet (despite leaving drinks/bags/jackets etc) The food is a little unimaginative - again, the breakfast has a very German feel (which isn't much of an issue, I like cold cuts and bread) You can get some eggs cooked if you queue up, but this is Egypt, so don't expect any pork-related items And the drinks are laughably bad. From watery juice and beer, through to bizarre-tasting cocktails. G&T's were good apparently, but a whisky was undrinkable. Branded ones are available but v. dear
