Great hotel, extremely diverse and excellent food. The staff is also very very nice! There is a golf course and a quad biking center nearby as well. I recommend !

This bad review is for Ahmed at the front desk. We booked two nights. When we arrived at the room, we found that the air conditioner in the room did not cool. We had no choice but to contact the maintenance. The maintenance took a long time, but it was not fixed...,, but the maintenance staff had a good service attitude. We had no choice but to go to the front desk to change the room. The key point is here. Ahmed at the front desk was very arrogant. He told us directly that we could only change to a small room. Myself and my husband had never been to Egypt so having read the reviews on a lot of hotels and found that the reviews seemed rather forced and fake like staff had orchestrated them so wasn’t sure what to expect. But so glad we chose this hotel as although it is a quieter option the staff here add that personal boutique hotel feel, ( there is not one member of staff that didn’t greet us each day or I could complain about ) We arrived at 10:30 pm and as the only ones checking in we were dealt with very quickly and received a warm welcome from reception staff who offered us food and refreshments which we declined. The first member of staff we met was Ali the bar manager who was so hospitable from start to finish of our holiday this guy never stops and is just an absolute genuine legend . From main bar to pool bar staff here are so friendly and efficient remembering drink orders & most of the time not even needing to ask before they ask you if you want a refill absolutely excellent workers . All the staff at the restaurant are very welcoming smiling and greeting everyone and create lovely food make sure you check out the outdoor grill which has a different meat/fish on offer each night . special note to our waiter Amir and chef Mohamed who add that lively vibe greeting you each meal time . Our housekeeper Hassan is a credit, absolutely wonderful room was spotless and well stocked each day. I’ve had towel figures done before at other hotels but not in a way that made me smile ( see pics) . We stayed at the busy pool every day as I like to take part in activities. The Animation team is only small with just 4 staff members all of which are lovely but special mention for Mekky and Madda who even when there are only a handful of guests around they got so involved with everyone everyday and made our holiday fun. That personal touch even went for machmoud the other lifeguards who every morning would take my towel and lie it on a bed in the area they knew I would like and kept my lilo at the pool so no lugging it up and down . They watched the children ( most of the parents wasn’t watching their own children) and prevented so many accidents, without any thanks whilst making sure pool and surrounding areas are clean. We went to the beach once in our 2 week stay there is a bar and restaurant there that is part of all inclusive and serves drinks , pizza , burgers. wraps ,chips ,ice cream etc. you can use the al la carte restaurants once per stay which in all honesty was fine as the food at our hotel was great. We chose the grill one which was lovely. Evening entertainment was good there was a Cuban group with a lady called Gina , she was amazing very powerful voice and really got the guests moving . All in all great hotel who go above and beyond to make everyone happy, which is never easy as there is always something to moan about yet I never found anything here. Never thought I would say this but Well done Jaz Neo Saraya palms we will be back .

Absolutely Amazing Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Back! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch service at the reception – friendly, professional, and always helpful. The restaurant service was outstanding, and we especially want to mention our waiter Abdo, who went above and beyond to make every meal a great experience. His warm and attentive service made us feel truly welcome! The entertainment team was also fantastic – full of energy, fun activities, and great shows that kept us engaged throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire hotel area is beautifully maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended – 5 stars!

Once again , we are a repeater guest at the Jaz Saraya Palms hotel. It's June 25, Enjoying* the weather which is a Great cold breeze in the morning also at night . * Besides the water is clean crystal clear . In our stay at Jaz saraya Palms we are happy with the clean studio or villa unit ..it makes you feel at home ..The place is very quiet ,peaceful &safe .The housekeeping is doing a great job to keep this huge space clean (Mr Mostafa from Luxor the HK mgr is always around leading a professional crew ) ..in addition to the garden crew who are keeping the green landscape and golf areas alive in the middle of the desert ..Regarding Food and beverage ..its really well done . Breakfast , lunch and dinner are served in a very clean and large hall space .the staff are friendly doing their job with all efforts and always with a friendly smile ..Aiming to make every guest happy and satisfied with the varaity of food . I would like to raise a special thanks to Mr.Ezat FB Manager and Also Mr Abdo restaurant Capitan (I recommend him to be upgraded for an Assistant FB mgr post) this meant to encourage him . And match what he is really doing as he is well experienced and hard worker in fulfilling his job description and duties .. Finally thanks to JAZ G.M. and all the crew and staff in the management Organization Chart .. The hotel is soo beautiful and cozy ,, for perfect for relaxation and meditation , the palms the view of the bulding is marvelous , the beach is perfect sandy and corals , the staf is very helpful , smiling all the time ,, very polite espicially Mr mostafa at the reception ,, the ala carte retaurant the grill was perfect exprience ,, the aquapark is out of this world,, definitely i will come back with my family :)

We spent a relaxing week at this hotel in April 2025, staying in a spacious 160m² two-bedroom apartment. What We Loved: Friendly and attentive staff: It’s the small touches that make a difference—from the staff member meeting us on our way back from the beach to exchange our used towels for fresh ones, to Ashour the bartender mixing up perfect Mojitos with a smile. Spacious and comfortable apartment: The apartment was large and well laid out, with two bedrooms each featuring ensuite bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet. We loved the spacious rooms with black out curtains, private balcony with a great view, and the stunning sunsets. Beautiful surroundings: The resort is set in lovely gardens with lush greenery all around. Two pool areas: One with music and activities for a livelier atmosphere, and a quieter pool for peaceful, laid-back days. Good variety of all-inclusive food: There was always a variety of dishes—chicken, fish, meat, soups, salads, and desserts. Allergens were clearly marked, which we appreciated. Proximity to the beach: It’s within walking distance, but free shuttle service is available too. Tranquil and safe environment: The resort felt secure, and we didn’t encounter any loud or disruptive guests - something we’ve dealt with at other all-inclusive places. This was a big plus. Lovely beach: Plenty of sunbeds and shaded spots. The beach bar is okay, though we’d have liked a bit more variety in drinks and some simple salty snacks. The a Food court (for all-inclusive guests) is great if you crave pizza, burgers or something else. Guest toilets nearby Food court is clean and well maintained. What could be improved: The apartment could use some renovation, especially the bathrooms. Shower head need replacement, loose door handles, power outlets not working. The "kitchen" was essentially empty—just cabinets. It would be nice to have at least some basic items like glasses or bowls for snacks. Only 1.5L of drinking water was provided daily for four people. That’s not enough, especially in a warm climate. Ideally, each person should get 1.5–2L. The all-inclusive beer, red wine, and rosé were a bit bland and watered down. Wi-Fi was very slow and at times nearly unusable. Tips for Future Guests: Shopping: Senzo Mall is just a 10-minute drive away. Expect to pay around €20 for a round trip (agree on a return time with your driver). The hypermarket there, Spinneys, has everything you’ll need. The duty-free shop sells alcohol (we paid €15 for a bottle of red wine, pluss a €13 additional fee, total € 28/bottle). Transport: Stick with hotel taxis. They're pricier but safer, and with experienced drivers. Local taxis are cheap but often in poor condition (no seat belts for instance), and drivers tend to drive recklessly. Pharmacy: The 24/7 pharmacy is well-stocked, and most items don’t require a prescription. Wi-Fi: If travelling with youths heavily dependent on a good Wi-Fi connection, buy a Airalo data pack.

Hotel has been fantastic for start to finish . Food on point every night. Aqua park and beach are an added bonus to the resort. Dragon is amazing in the entertainment team… hotel amazing and all round a fantastic trip. Already planning 2026!!!!!!

This was mine 2nd visit to the hotel in the last year. The first time was a pleasant experience for me and my family. We book the same this year 2 apartments . Which should have been the same as last year Double and Single bed in each apartment. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and to our dismays there was no single beds in any of the 2 rooms. The porter said he will get the beds in 10 minutes took a tip of £10 ( due to he did not take coins) and never return. Me and the wife ended up sleeping on the couch with no covers or sheets for 2 nights. We complains for 2 days and was informed that hotel was too busy so they could not deal with our request. The wife was issue with a sofa bed but the mattress was too thin but they rectify that on the 3rd day with a thicker mattress. The hotel reception staff was very poor for dealing with queries and request even when making me a Al le carte meal at the site Asian restaurant was wrong. They book it’s for 9pm and while eating I was told to not order any more food due to the staff wanted to finish early. To be honest I found the waiters, bar staff , the entrainment team and pool staff very committed and helpful. Just the sleeping arrangements at the start of the holidays which I must say spoiled my family holiday. Finally don’t pick any excursions with the Ramisafara which are based at the beach . I had to put back an excursion due to the wife not being well. I was told to re book which I did but they never turn up. I had to go down to the beach to the office make sure they turn up. I would advised to book any trips through your reps.
