Elysees Dream Beach Hotel

Hotel was good but hotel staff is cheater, they fool guests.

Amazing hotel. Decent food. Best customer service from hotel staff and best thing about the place is the hard working cleaner. Mahmoud on floor 2F is one of the best cleaners i’ve met. Always doing his job to the fullest and making sure our rooms are clean daily. giving us water bottles daily also. The beach is very big and nice and the bar is full of joy and happiness mostly at night. Best hotel i’ve been to in a minute.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was profoundly unpleasant due to a serious violation of trust and privacy. During my stay, members of the housekeeping staff went through my personal belongings, which were carefully packed in my luggage. They touched my underwear, swimsuit, and clothes just to get to my pouch and steal money. Over the course of the week, I noticed that 6 euros had gone missing – and this happened after I had already left a 1-euro tip on the second day. At one point, a staff member asked me how I felt about the cleanliness of the room. Initially, I thought it was just a polite gesture, but now I believe they were most likely trying to find out whether I had noticed the missing money. This kind of behavior is highly manipulative and completely unacceptable. It’s not about the amount of money, but about the fact that people with no integrity invaded my personal space, rifled through my intimate belongings, and betrayed my trust. This is a serious violation that made me feel dirty, vulnerable, and deeply disgusted. I no longer felt safe in the room, which completely ruined my experience. Unfortunately, this was not the only problem I encountered during my stay, but it was definitely the most serious one. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

This is not all inclusive. The food is not edible i could not eat anything there for my whole stay. The snack which is served once a day at 6pm is spring rolls cooked in dirty oil. The hotel is run down and grotty. They advertise an entertainment programme for morning and night however this is not the case. If you go here beware if you eat the food you will almost suffer diahorrea and sickness. I would say this is a 1 star

The location is ok ... The swimming pool is ok... The beach, even if you have to cross the road.. again it's ok.. Even the rooms would be ok if someone would properly clean the bathroom but no that won't happen. Then for the bad part, everyone tries to scam you, even in the hotel, the security man .. the big one tries to sell you internet sim cards for 500 EGP , he will say it has 40GB when in reality it has 4.. No it's not a language barrier he showed me on a piece of paper '40GB' .. anyway after those 4GB when you complain he will appear confused like he doesn't know anything about it and he will give you a new sim card :)) which again after 3-4 gb will stop working.. I didn't bother asking for a new one after that; simply don't trust anyone from this hotel. Some of the staff are trying , they are smiling , trying to be polite but that's kinda it, don't expect too much if you go here.
