They promised to change it but didn't change it for two days. I quickly changed it to a cappella after the stay!

If you have a limited budget, it is an acceptable place, meaning you can sleep, but the service attitude is not good and you will be asked to tip. The cold water in the room didn't heat up after being on for a long time, so I had to wash with cold water. I don't know why. We checked in at night, and a receptionist who carried our luggage took us to the room and didn't leave. He asked us for a $5 tip, which was a bit too much and scary. I have never experienced this kind of service before, and asking for $5 is really just an open mouth. In addition, the hotel we booked was all-inclusive, and the arrangement provided by Ctrip was dinner that evening + breakfast and lunch the next day. We checked out at 12 noon and had lunch at 1 o'clock (they didn't prepare lunch until after 1 o'clock, so it was unreasonable that we had to check out before 12 noon). We checked out according to the Ctrip booking form and then went for lunch. When we came out, we were asked to pay an extra charge as we had already checked out and this was a different price. We explained and provided the booking form, but the receptionist did not agree and looked impatient, which made us very angry. We insisted on not giving it to them and got angry at the same time. It was only after a manager came over that the problem was resolved. But all I had to explain was: You didn't say you checked in last night, otherwise we could have had lunch. In short, it was our problem. Please, why should I tell you what time to check in? You can only come to eat if you have eaten yesterday? 😅 When he left, he told the receptionist: forgive them. How ridiculous🤣 P.S. The cats we met in the restaurant were cute, but all other services were very rude.
