Our stay at albertos was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, the service was outstanding, food was okay, swimming pool could do with some heating.

今天剛剛退房趁着新鮮熱乎的記憶來點評一下吧。
兩天時間裏度假村裡應該衹有我們和另外兩個中國人，其他大部分是德國人，基本上有種去了德國度假的感覺。
説是全包酒店，但基本吃飯的地方就是國內大學食堂的感覺和水平。6家餐廳中有5家可以直接去吃，1家牛排需要提前兩天預約，所以如果住兩天的客人基本上就衹能吃5家自助餐了… 5家大食堂吃的東西重複度很高，沒啥有特色有記憶點的東西，基本都是歐美人的口味，蛋糕水果也都是一樣的，除了第一餐以外我們每次都在痛苦面具…但估計那邊的酒店應該大差不差都是這樣吧… 果汁不是新鮮的，還挺難喝的… 去市區很遠打車要一個小時。
送我們去房間的小哥非常不耐煩，甚至行李都沒有給我們放進房間裏，就衹想拿錢走人…
但大部分工作人員是非常友好的，會友好有耐心的跟我開玩笑，會幫我解決問題。
但我仍然覺得，不太推薦對吃要求比較高的朋友住這家，一箇中國胃確實覺得struggle。

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing and the overall vibe of the place made the experience even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was smooth throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and everything felt organized and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel has the feel of being new and shiny in a very modern style. The staff work hard to keep it clean. The rooms are generous and our experience with house keeping over a two week stay was amazing. No faults to report on the room or the house keeping. We found the food in the restaurants to be fresh, tasty, varied, and well presented. You get complementary soft drinks for the in room fridge. The pools are all kept very clean but unfortunately only the largest main pool is heated, making the other 29 pools only for the very hardy! Of all the bars on this huge site, only two were ever capable of serving a sufficiently cold drink. These were the bar that served the Sidi Ali and the jacuzzi pool bar. All other bars constantly served room temperature white wine and warm beer. Very disappointing and so easy to get right. The snorkelling set up is good. We found the reception staff seemed to take delight in making requests as difficult as possible to carry out. Not very smiley on this desk. Don’t buy anything from the on-site shops which display no prices on goods and make them up according to what they believe you will pay. A shame really.
