This hotel was excellent in everything, the service was amazing the staff are very nice and professional everywhere is clean and sparkling.
I go to Elgona a lot but this place is the best for me.

As always we had an exceptional time. The location, the weather, the facility but MOST important… the staff. They are the reason why we keep coming to this hotel. From the reception, to the restaurants, the pool boys and the animation team (Fero & Mahmoud). All of them made everyone of us feel welcome, happy & relaxed making it possible to completely shut down & enjoy our vacation. All this for sure is not possible without the constant & relentness supervision of Mr. Magdy Makram the F&B manager. We are regulars & will remain as such & allready looking forward ro our next visit ❤️

The piazza restaurant is very delicious ! The staff members are very kind and attentive ! One of the staff members “Lotfi” is very kind, gentle and helpfull! He always ask if you need something and is very attentive to all your resquests. The hotel is impressive and clean! All the staff members are kind and helpfull. Amazing hotel !

Great hotel with very nice people who works 24/7 so you could feel relax! On volleyball I’ve injured my leg, Yahia give me fist medicine help! He always smiling, great worker, beach is very clean because of him! Playing with my kids! Huge respect🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️

With "ELFWA" we had a very helpful and caring room service. He was always friendly and did his job to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was all in all good, even if a bit older. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was varied and delicious.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially Kirolos! The food is good and the location is very beautiful! The rooms are large and clean and have a beautiful view. The staff makes you feel like family and they are very hospitable. Thank you for this experience

Hotel Ancient Sands is the best choice for holidays in Egypt. The service is very nice and take care about everything. You can feel like at home, forget about problems and fully relax. Also animations are amazing - Moo and Fero do great job, they are the best.
