This hotel was excellent in everything, the service was amazing the staff are very nice and professional everywhere is clean and sparkling.
I go to Elgona a lot but this place is the best for me.

The piazza restaurant is very delicious ! The staff members are very kind and attentive ! One of the staff members “Lotfi” is very kind, gentle and helpfull! He always ask if you need something and is very attentive to all your resquests. The hotel is impressive and clean! All the staff members are kind and helpfull. Amazing hotel !

Great hotel with very nice people who works 24/7 so you could feel relax! On volleyball I’ve injured my leg, Yahia give me fist medicine help! He always smiling, great worker, beach is very clean because of him! Playing with my kids! Huge respect🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️

With "ELFWA" we had a very helpful and caring room service. He was always friendly and did his job to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was all in all good, even if a bit older. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was varied and delicious.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially Kirolos! The food is good and the location is very beautiful! The rooms are large and clean and have a beautiful view. The staff makes you feel like family and they are very hospitable. Thank you for this experience

We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation with our 1.5-year-old daughter, Chloé. She was treated like a princess everywhere, which she visibly enjoyed. Khadega and Adham were particularly fond of her, greeting us daily with big smiles and farewells that made Chloé a huge fan. The food was excellent—better than any we've had in El Gouna over the past 10 years, and this was our first stay at Ancient Sands. We requested a ground floor room by the pool to put our daughter to bed while using the baby monitor by the pool, and they delivered the perfect room. The staff is incredibly friendly, and everything is so clean and luxurious. We will definitely return!

Great experience here in Ancient Sands, good food, chill and nice atmosphere . Especially amazing entertainer Moo (!!!) who will take care of your free time by playing bocce, table tennis and do some aquaaerobic. I definetely reccomend this place

Great hotel. The staff are very nice and welcoming and cater to all your needs. The resteraunts have a great variety of foods and the chefs are very nice. The facilities are great especially the 5 pools and the views are amazing. By the pool you can do stretches and other activities which are great fun.
