The room was not cleaned on the first day, and was cleaned on the third day.
The whole facility is quite old, and more importantly, there is no WiFi in the room.

Great place went to desert rose complex in Hurghada ! Faultless , food great service great and loads to do for all ages though you have to be mobile as the place is like a small village , 3 huge pools , you could actually eat and drink all day if you were a bear!!!!!!
