房間內部跟攜程上圖片差不多，但是窗户可能會被外面彩鋼瓦（？）建築擋一半，如果介意採光的話可以要求前台協調一個窗户不被遮擋的房間。
服務態度還行，下雨天有送考服務，但是入住體驗真的不算很好。
首先，我第一次看到一個智能馬桶是從馬桶圈的下側斜着出水的，不管你要不要洗屁股、想不想洗屁股，衹要上完廁所沒有立即站起來，就會被水沖，甚至起來離馬桶不遠的話，也會被沖馬桶的水濺到。智能也不智能吧，感覺衹能智能出水，沒有馬桶圈加熱功能。
第二，浴室內沒有任何能掛衣服的地方，想掛衣服衹能掛在門外面的把手上，很不方便。以及，沐浴露和護髮素的味道聞起來很難聞，你們酒店選品的時候完全不聞的嗎？防水做的也一般般，洗完澡水能順着縫滲到廁所那邊，很影響入住體驗啊！
第三，感覺是華住會旗下酒店的通病，洗衣房裡的洗衣機和烘乾機太少。這家酒店衹有兩台洗衣機兩台烘乾機，洗衣服要排好久隊。而且洗衣房真的很小，洗衣機和放洗衣袋的枱麪中間有個狹窄的過道，每次衹允許過一個人。
最後，我知道你們現在華住會酒店都很看重好評，但是你們能不能不要直接上手顧客手機操作！就算是顧客同意的情況下，也請從你們的前台裏面出來，站在顧客旁邊，讓顧客看着你們操作！真是拿到手機才發現被下載一個華住會APP，無語死了。學一學漢庭酒店，人家要好評還知道給一個小禮物，你們就衹會在微信上催還要求截圖，還要求截圖！
希望你們能認真整改。

超值性價比的一家酒店，晚上到的時候前台小姐姐服務超好，人很熱情耐心！第二天早上起來吃早餐，種類非常豐富，每種都想嚐嚐，奈何胃衹有這麼大。退房時，前台小哥還幫忙拿行李，還送了伴手禮，超值性價比的一次住宿👍👍

本次出行最差的一個酒店，首先，進酒店要爬個大台階，其次，到現在這個時代，居然有個酒店點不到外賣，而且周邊沒飯館，酒店沒晚餐，你能信嗎？！晚上想吃飯，需要打車或自駕出去，簡直崩潰。停車免費也就是路邊隨便停，感覺很沒有保障。前台衹有一個服務員，前面顧客弄了很久，本來遊玩一天就很累，還要一直等，等到我了，服務員還先和保潔説話，我真是有點火了。房間還湊合，但如果有別的選擇，真的不要選這家星程！！！太差！！！

經常住華住會旗下的酒店，這次就是住的房間反味，特此嗆，酒店説剩餘的房間被客户定了，沒辦法換房，就那樣住了，衞生間排風也是壞的，退房時候的酒店前台的態度很好，問是否住的滿意，説明情況送了一個杯子！
