酒店的位置就是在錫林格勒火車站的旁邊交通非常方便，附近有很多的飯店可供選擇，酒店早餐非常豐富，服務人員的態度非常的好，酒店大廳寬敞氣派房間也非常的寬大，對自駕遊的遊客非常友好酒店的前面和後面都可以停車停車，非常方便，下次如果來還會住到他們家裡，另外，他們出售的奶皮子酸奶非常好吃，就是有點小貴

體驗極差，全程基本等於沒有服務。咱也不知道內蒙人就是這種經營方式還是這家店管理有問題。從前台開始就不是很熱情，基本沒什麼笑臉。室內衞生也不好，窗户打不開，浴室下水道堵塞，打掃也不徹底。早餐服務員更是跟冤總一樣，感覺她是上帝顧客跟服務員似的，也不理解你有什麼可驕傲的。

小洋房挺好，乾淨衞生，寬闊安靜。床及卧具較寬大也乾淨，躺着躺着就進夢鄉，一夜安好。早餐不錯，尤其乳制食品較多，油奶酸奶奶菜奶糕和小奶糖一應具全，另外還有咖啡等。近10種涼菜鹹菜，4種熱菜，七八種主食，選擇性好，豐盛但價廉。挺滿意，點贊。

住的是洋房，總體還好，夜間外面沒想象的安靜，上下兩層走動聲明顯，好在都是自家人，衞生間狹小。通風好，涼爽，房子不潮，較衞生，短途可以選擇。

大堂氣派，房間夠大，停車場前後都有方便自駕停車，房價不貴還有自助早餐免費，性價比超高。酒店地處中心，不遠處就是美食街，對於自駕旅遊的來説開了一天車，晚上美餐一頓然後有個舒適的房間美美的睡一覺，真的好。

環境：距離火車站近，好在過火車不是很頻繁
服務：感覺貴酒店，臉難看，話難聽，張口閉口就是酒店規定。問是否可以加一瓶水，回答酒店水很貴，衹有2瓶免費，要水要花錢買。難道你家水都比房費貴嗎？加瓶水會讓倒閉嗎？！好好培訓一下話術吧，別讓人聽見很反感的答覆。
特別表現一下貴店前台包小姐姐面帶微笑的服務。

酒店有自己的專屬停車場，比較肅靜安全，酒店乾淨衞生，服務人員態度好。此次入住三樓房間因平台的關係有點遮光。早餐豐富多樣，有奶茶和奶製品，就是小糖餅太硬了，咬不動。
