大堂氣派，房間夠大，停車場前後都有方便自駕停車，房價不貴還有自助早餐免費，性價比超高。酒店地處中心，不遠處就是美食街，對於自駕旅遊的來説開了一天車，晚上美餐一頓然後有個舒適的房間美美的睡一覺，真的好。

設施：雖然老舊，但實在，能看出當初之輝煌時刻。
衞生：可以，能容忍。
環境：距離火車站近，好在過火車不是很頻繁
服務：感覺貴酒店，臉難看，話難聽，張口閉口就是酒店規定。問是否可以加一瓶水，回答酒店水很貴，衹有2瓶免費，要水要花錢買。難道你家水都比房費貴嗎？加瓶水會讓倒閉嗎？！好好培訓一下話術吧，別讓人聽見很反感的答覆。
特別表現一下貴店前台包小姐姐面帶微笑的服務。
有自己的停車場，適合自駕。

攜程訂的，比門店優惠，酒店比較老了，服務態度好，乾淨整潔，早餐挺好的；就是房間樓下是車來車往的路邊，很吵，洗澡水太差了，忽冷忽熱。周邊吃飯地方多。

性價比還不錯，房間屬於中規中矩的。裏面一些消費的物品使酒店很有年代感。衞生間沒有化粧鏡，不太方便，可以按一個。後院大方便停車。酒店周圍買東西啥的比較方便。衞生還不錯，就是屋裡的地毯應該是打掃的不到位，拉了下凳子，起灰了。早餐很用心了，該有的都有，炒菜每天早上有變化，就是有點鹹了。

這個名為舒適洋房的房間，是在酒店後面的院子裏，其實就是簡易的二層小樓，很不隔音，由於臨近火車站，晚上火車的轟隆聲很吵。房間裏面衞生情況尚好，衞生間挺小的。

作為鑫磊的老顧客，我建議大家別來這裏住，住的406房間，非常熱，想着開空調中和一下，完了空調風機聲音又特別大，吵得睡不着，然後叫酒店處理，他們的服務驚掉我的下巴，他説我定的是特價房就這麼熱，我説不管什麼房都最起碼的舒適要有吧，服務員説特價房就這樣，意思就便宜了唄，這個價錢是我要求你們酒店定的價格嗎，既然出了服務要做到位吧，熱的滿頭汗怎麼睡我請問？這服務態度還不如小旅館呢
