前台服務態度特別好，還給給升級了房型，推薦的火鍋也好吃，房間也很暖和，早餐非常豐盛，淋浴水流特別大，酒店就在市中心，出差遊玩首選！

這可能是這個城市最好的酒店了吧！乾淨整潔，自己覺得房間小巧玲瓏，睡的很好。前台那個女士工作人員通情達理服務好，很痛快的解決我的問題，贊一個。地理位置是市中心，出門右手後面2條街很多飯店，門前停車位有限，我們停在了酒店街道的對面。

房間的設施很齊全，一些小細節彰顯品質，房間也很乾凈整潔，衞生情況也非常讓人滿意，房間的光線也非常好，感覺就像在自家客廳一樣，房間佈置得也很温馨，給人一種輕鬆的心情。酒店的智能機器人，也很好，可以有效的保護客人私隱，前台和客房的服務人員也很熱情周到，讓人感受到了家的温暖與關懷。整體體驗極佳，住着非常舒心，總之酒店的性價比很高，物超所值，強烈推薦給朋友，下次還會選擇這裏。

前台倆女孩接待，態度非常喪，愛住不住的架勢，房間非常小，轉不開身，廁所一直有異味，尤其打開排風更嚴重，浴室音樂也很多餘，每開一下水龍頭都得關一下，烘乾機很不智能，機器停止很久都打不開，找服務員完全不管，也不耐煩，完全沒有服務可言，是自家的作坊一樣，第二天趕快搬去別家酒店，如果三四百的價格還能接受，六百塊這服務體驗有點説不過去。

這家酒店有機會喜提草原特有“黑蓋蟲”，前台説房間有蟲是正常的，不是蟑螂，是草原特有的黑蓋蟲。因為前台説蟑螂是灰色的這幾衹都是黑色的。另外房間很小，背景牆後面是房門和衞生間，性價比極低。

霍林格勒真是一個很小很小的城，整體是一個工業化城市，周邊都是一些工業化的工廠，但是城市很小，很緊湊。在酒店的附近基本上吃喝住葯店什麼都有，但是嗯，酒店非常的小，也就算是整個這個城裡邊比較好的酒店了吧！
