Hotels in Kawa Onsen

The service at the front desk is excellent! sss accommodation environment is not bad. I am satisfied with the bedding and the breakfast is also a buffet. It is very good and I will continue to experience it next time! thank you very much

The corner of the bathroom in the room was dirty, and there was a bad smell in the corridor. The hotel charged extravagantly when checking out, and the service attitude from the hotel front desk staff to the hotel manager was extremely poor. One manager even made rude comments and pushed people around. Customers, when asking questions, the front desk was all over the place, their words were vague, and they were unable to explain their purchase details multiple times. The hotel's actions seriously violated the Consumer Rights Protection Act.

There is always no hot water in the room, or the water pressure does not come up, and the floor cannot be mopped clean. There are marks and it's so sticky that I can't even take a shower.

看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望一路從安陽下雨🌧️下高速在獲嘉歇息，新開的酒店床單被套很新，電視追劇刷綜藝很爽，一個人安全又乾淨。很安靜！前台服務很周到。

窗户窗簾壞了，晚上想拉開窗户透氣，折騰了半天，這個很不方便，房間面積很大，新裝修的，床睡起來還可以，總體上來説性價比很高了！

房間乾淨，設施也不錯，入住多次，有早餐。性價比較高。

前台服務不好，酒店管理落後，什麼時代了還收按金，衞生間向外漏水，也不知道新裝修的酒店如何驗收的。設計沒有專業度

無熱水，還需要到下面澡堂子去洗漱很不方便
