There is a slight smell, maybe it is disinfectant water. There is a small pool in the back and several mosquitoes were found in the room. The price is very competitive. It is a big hotel with such a glorious history in Horgos River.

續住的第二天去了國門及中哈合作中心，後知後覺，感覺是不是前台小姑娘給錯了房間，這有32平米？不會給的是23平米的那個吧，好小啊！反正也走了，退房時等了半天退不出按金，只是説再等等一會兒就到，催第三次的時候，説哦老闆忘了，馬上退😡懇請老闆能不能花點兒錢給換些亮點的燈泡啊，房間太暗了，眼鏡真傷不起😭樓層服務員馬姐特別好👍👍

這次來口岸參加一個馬拉松比賽，提前在網上看了好多酒店，最後定在這裏，這個酒店性價比很高，前台接待服務態度很好，也很貼心，我因為第二天比賽快到退房時間了，他們還提前打電話給我，幫我辦好了退房手續，下次過來還是要住這裏的。

環境好，停車很方便，工作人員很熱情。雖然離商業街不遠，但卻很安靜，步行可以去美食街吃飯，有一家艾山江早餐店牛肉水煎包非常好，哈哈！

環境乾淨衞生，停車免費，交通方便。附近餐館較近。只是設施有待陳舊，晚上偶遇停電幾個小時，夏天有點熱，也不知是什麼原因。

在此酒店住了三天，深有體會:房間裝修很老，有不知名的蟲子，地上床上亂爬。
低樓層，蚊子🦟亂飛，半夜被咬的睡不着，臉上身上都是蚊子咬的包，反應給前台，也不積極處理。保安給送了半盤蚊香，也沒起作用。
第一晚早上，朋友去了哈薩克斯坦，我留着酒店等她，結果保安也不敲門，直接刷房間卡沖進房間，真是無語的很!
第二天把晚上被蚊子🦟咬的事反應給前台，前台説低樓層，都有蚊子，也不積極處理。（其實前台就有電蚊香，不拿出來給客人使用）。
第三天因為去哈薩克斯坦的朋友還沒回來，又續住一晚，強烈建議蚊子太咬，要求換房間，在極不請願的狀態下（藉口沒房間，拖到下午三點才同意）給換到三樓。
三樓一晚更是驚心動魄，蚊子🦟沒了，到了深夜怪異的聲音十到二十分鐘一次，窸窸窣窣。一開始我以為是老鼠🐭，結果在房間尋找聲音來源，什麼也沒有找到，心生恐懼，又疑惑是有人弄房間門，結果開門看看，走廊間也沒有人，恐懼心❤️陡然猛增，就在這窸窸窣窣的聲音不斷中，我極度恐懼中捱過了一夜。退房時，把一晚上的遭遇，反應給前台，前台只是笑笑，否定有老鼠的存在，但對窸窸窣窣的聲音笑而不答，也沒一聲歉意。
我把這第一個差評送給霍爾果斯幹招大酒店。
只是前台的服務員笑容滿面，卻不解決積極客户反應的問題。
