Don't book this room type, it's hot and dry inside, just like a steam room. The air conditioner is still broken, and I can't turn on the humidification or ventilation. I was sweating all over when I lay in bed and couldn’t sleep at all!

Arrived at the hotel with two kids and a carload of luggage! There are no security guards or doormen in the lobby to greet and unload the car! The front desk told me that I had to push the luggage cart to unload the car myself. Ok, I can tolerate this! Later, there was a misunderstanding due to Ctrip's order issue. The beautiful lady at the front desk was unhappy throughout the whole process and had no smile! When I got to the room, I felt it was ok, but then I found that there was a problem with the shower head. After contacting them several times, it was solved. I was originally heading for the guest house, but ended up staying at the worst guest house. Please remove the word "ying" and call it Horgos Hotel, which is more realistic. Thank you! (It was too late and I had to take a bath with my child, so I didn’t take any pictures. Sorry!)

暑假帶娃旅行來到新疆的霍爾果斯，這裏作為我國與哈薩克斯坦的邊境口岸，帶娃來漲漲見識。
我們預訂了這家酒店，距離邊境口岸很近，門口是停車場，跟中哈合作區僅一牆之隔。酒店應該時國營的？來的時候看到不少政府及事業單位人員入住。酒店的硬件不錯，也比較新，早餐我們來得晚，但吃飽沒問題。
