第一天入住就發現了頭髮。我的頭髮是紅色的。不可能是我的。然後叫換布草叫了三次。第三次八點才過來給我換，然後隔天又説檢查房把我的房門打開了。嚇**的。反鎖了都打開了。每天下午三點準時敲門，而我原本是預訂了五天。住了三天我就提前退房了。因為沒有安全感。總怕突然把房門打開了。很少這麼評論。實在是太氣人了。

前台工作人員，服務態度極差，問個問題一個個的不耐煩翻白眼，誰欠她們幾百萬一樣，服務行業做的就是服務，入住酒店首先對接的就是前台工作人員，沒有帶來好的入住體驗，不説熱情還對你自己大聲説話，非常差

先説入住吧，兩個房間分了一個4樓一個5樓，商量能否放在一起，説沒有房間了首先感官一般。入住後一個是408，一個510，前台把408的房卡寫上410然後我們怎麼也打不開，上下跑了幾次最後才知道，房間是408，制的房卡也是408但前台在房卡上寫的是410。到了晚上洗澡，沒有熱水，電話前台就回答你多放一會就有，我放了有5分鐘左右吧，也沒有熱水咱也是節約的人，實在覺得這樣太浪費了，將就着冷水沖了一下，天氣温度大概8-10度。早晨起床，沒有牙刷，盒子裏放了三把梳子，總之毛病不斷，關鍵是這些問題還找不到服務員解決，前台的電話打不通，打通了沒人接

優點唯一：今年剛開業，東西新，勝在便宜缺點一大堆：前台辦理業務非常生疏，歪果仁多且吵，一晚上沒熱水説人太多供不上第二天退房也沒個話，衞生來不及打掃隨便弄了一下屋裡很臟，地理位置算偏，樓下啥也沒有，開車出去一兩公里就有。

非常不錯！泉州老闆開的酒店，硬件很新、乾淨衞生、服務有待規範但總體還可接受，停車方便就在連霍高速霍爾果斯出口。
