The hotel environment is very good, the room is relatively large and clean and tidy without any odor, parking is particularly convenient, the breakfast is relatively rich, the front desk reception service attitude is very good, it is worth coming again next time

The attitude of the room service was very poor. That night, the sewer pipe was old and the water was running very slowly. When I called the maintenance staff, they just squeezed the sewer hose. The next morning, the sewer pipe fell down while I was washing up. I called the room service number several times but did not get a definite reply. No one came to verify the problem until I left.

The parking lot is very easy to park, I compared it with another one. There isn't much food around, so you need to drive out to find food. The entrance is very conspicuous and quite safe. There was a smell in the room, probably the lingering smell of the new decoration. It didn't smell good, so I had to open the window for ventilation. The air conditioning and heating are very powerful, but there is no hot water, but after telling the front desk, it was solved promptly. Generally speaking, things here in Xinjiang are similar and quite affordable.

I misread the name of this hotel and booked the wrong one. Apart from other things, the floor heating is really warm and warms your feet. I highly recommend it to those who are afraid of cold. I turned on the air conditioner for cooling all night. Other things are also good, but the washbasin does drain very slowly as the comments above said. However, there is a terrace on the top floor where you can watch the sunrise, and the view is okay.
