酒店大廳給人第一感覺富麗堂皇，房間床很軟，很舒服，設施有點點陳舊，聽介紹也是老酒店了，這個城市不大，是個小鎮，很繁華，很熱鬧，很熱情好客，來到這個清水鎮算是性價比高很上檔次的了，我們來旅遊這個季節能住上這麼划算的酒店真的感覺我好幸運，酒店很便宜她的服務卻不便宜，前台有個姑娘小於很有禮貌，性格非常好的女孩，她給我升級了房間，還貼心的介紹了哪有好吃的，好玩的，她知道我一個人出來旅遊，她很貼心的留了聯繫方式，説有什麼需要跟她聯繫她幫助我，大晚上一個女孩子咱儘量不出來，對她來説是很隨意的一句話，但真的給了我太多温馨和安全感，臨走之前也和她聊了很久，我想有機會我會再來新疆，來到這個給了我難忘一晚的酒店，新疆之旅也畫上了完美的句號，我也在她的問候下安全到家，我愛新疆，理解了一句話一個人温暖了一座城。

服務態度特別好，耐心。大堂經理熱情周到，考慮到我們有長者小孩，把我們3間房，安排在一起了。房間挺大，亮堂～挺乾淨的。比我在伊寧市住的好多了。

酒店設施挺好，房間也大，但房間床單被罩沒有換，異味明顯枕套發黃，在枕頭下有血跡，房間地毯上全是血跡！第二天靠牆邊的床上休息的兩個人全部被不知名蟲子叮咬身上大面積起包，耳後的包更是有一節大拇指那麼大治療消腫後全是紫色瘢痕，客房經理還説是我們自己長了蕁麻疹或濕疹，一直推脱責任，因為頭一天晚上帶着長者和小朋友自駕過來旅遊的太晚太累了，床單有明顯異味也沒找前台更換房間，後來又得知我們從內地過來又説水土不服，説我們找茬，笑死了，我們是常居內地的新疆土著好吧，叫了經理過來處理，我給經理説把血跡送去鑒定，但凡是我家裡三個人身上的，我負全部責任且還賠償他們損失，經理無話可説給孩子買了葯，下午孩子開始發低燒，去醫院抽血檢查醫生直接説是蟲子叮咬導致的病毒感染！我們兩個人花了將近400塊檢查拿葯！我覺得我並不是找茬，也沒讓老闆退房費，可是因為孩子癢了好幾天受罪的不得了，就是很生氣！

過來遊玩在攜程訂的酒店價位很實惠，想着住的舒適就可以了，入住酒店第一映像很驚艷大廳很大氣吧枱小姐姐很漂亮😁刷卡入住房間第一眼很乾凈很有檔次，床很大很舒服晚上睡覺沒有任何雜音睡了美美的一覺，衞生間也很乾凈，各位遊玩塔子們放心入住哈，總體來説很好的一次入住

之前住過覺得不錯，所以這次哪怕價格比同類貴也不想多事換就還是定了這家，誰知提前一週定的房間，到入住當天房源充足，價格大跳水，三人間都比當時定的標間價格低，就和前台説了這情況，商量房間升個級，前台姑娘笑眯眯地説升級了，結果吃完飯入住一看，房間小不説，還對着風箱機組，吵得很，感覺被糊弄的意味明顯，就衹好回去和前台溝通至少給個不吵的房間吧，前台小哥相對厚道，給了個對門的略大的安靜房間。總之下次還是不要有濾鏡，覺得上次好這次就這次也一定好。

看得出有點老了，燈光不是很明亮，但是整體相對這個價格來説還是值的。前台的服務很好，門口的保安大爺不僅幫忙找車位，還提前帶我們看了房間。
