首先入住服務很好！送了伴手禮！接下來真的是很糟糕的體驗！我們房間在2樓，出去吃完飯回酒店就很晚了！發現房間裏一共給放了3片紙巾！沒辦法我們自己下去拿的自己的！這裏説一下是因為送了2個孩子伴手禮我老公説太晚了不好意思去打電話讓店裡送，沒有機器人要靠他們人來送！！然後到了第二天早上，我們帶的長者！定了2間房間！早餐9.30開始我們家長者9.40左右下去吃飯就已經空了，然後店家給做了2個煎蛋！長者拿了點豆腐！下面有圖！我們是十點多一點下去的，都已經見底了，我以為喝個粥，結果小米粥裏，幾乎全是全是水！老闆，咱們的價格不低啊！不至於一個早餐這樣吧！然後我們就走了！店家全程沒有任何的態度！做的豆腐，我家長者吃了以後到了伊寧到處找廁所！拉肚子！我們選擇貴酒店，就是因為良好的評價，你不能這麼辜負消費者的信任。在這裏不是趕路的就是去景點的！你這種服務，怎麼對得起這價格！真實的評價！也是自己的真實感受！所有的均已拍圖！最近走的地方信號不好，待信號好了以後我們也會將發生的事情投訴到伊犁文旅！希望他們能夠緊抓酒店的各種服務！

值得推薦，客房設施簡潔實用，衞生狀況很好，房間裏沒有異味，床單鋪得整整齊齊，衞生間的毛巾乾淨蓬鬆。床睡得很舒服，被子透氣性好，就算蓋一整夜也不會覺得悶，而且還有很好吃的堅果，服務人員很專業，有問題諮詢時回答得很清楚，很貼心。

到的時候比較晚，院子的樹很漂亮忍不住拍了一張，而且辦理入住超貼心，還給準備堅果零食，很友好酒店離將軍府遺址不遠，遊玩很方便，而且酒店裝修很新，風格超喜歡，床品舒服，房間特別乾淨，推薦
