房間是地暖，寒冬臘月的也很暖和，管家小哥哥準備的下午茶讓人驚喜，床品和衞浴非常舒適，並且贈送了精美的髮梳，早餐也很nice，另外民宿的地理位置優越，離永安寺和文廟都是步行十分鐘的距離，總之在渾源遊玩想獲得舒適的入住體驗建議住這裏

酒店位置就在鼓樓旁邊，出門就是古街，晚上去逛夜景很方便。
設施：新酒店設施很齊全，有智能馬桶。還贈送了定製的小梳子。
服務：老闆是個很和氣的男孩子，服務很周到細心。幫忙的阿姨們也都很熱情。
雙人下午茶套餐:有銀耳湯水果乾果和小蛋糕。早餐很豐富，還有現做的刀削麪。

環境：是文物保護單位唉～誰能想象 哈哈哈 曾經是劉家大院 是3位進士府第 外面就是渾源古城 鬧中取靜
衞生：阿姨打掃得很認真 乾淨整潔

這是我必須靜下心來寫的點評，到的時候不是很順利，因為趕上還有一天過年，門口車太多太亂，錯過了！但是辦理入住後，感受真不一樣，細節和品質。管家熱情還不失少年的敦厚感，幫忙的阿姨和藹可親。下午茶簡直讓人意外，尤其第二天阿姨問我們下午茶需要小米粥還是其他時，感覺住上一天是不夠的。一人一份的早餐，讓人感受到了難得的精緻，就算天冷，吃上一些涼菜，也覺得熱乎乎！當然，我覺得夏天應該再來，或許還會好上加好

環境非常好！沒想到在這和小城裡還有這麼好的民宿！衞生很乾凈！裝修的也很好看！古香古色，第一次住在文物中！整個院子是一個二進院，分為前後院，聽管家説曾經是劉家大院，並且三位都中了狀元！真是個寶宅哈哈哈哈
設施也很新，配有智能馬桶，空調也很給力，年底的大同已經很冷了，在屋裡開空調一點都不冷！
管家的服務也很好，是位男生，態度很好，講解也很清晰，還送了一把德壽府特有的梳子作為伴手禮！下午茶的水果也很新鮮，南瓜羹很好喝！對了，早飯也很好吃，刀削麪很不錯～
總而言之十分推薦這家民宿！出門就是古城，交通很便利，旁邊離停車場只有50m，滿分滿分💯 下次有機會再來還會再住！

從還沒有到的時候老闆就在打電話關照，幾點到啊、路上小心慢慢開呀，等到了之後又接出來幫忙拎行李，停車場在院子旁邊，走二三十米。是個鬧中取靜的大院子，很精緻。每天都有豐富的下午茶店，熱乎乎的南瓜粥、水果、果乾、蛋糕，感覺已經是當地天花板的配置了。第一天晚上地暖和空調很久都暖不過來，估計是因為淡季，客人不是連續入住的原因，房子舉架高，冷透了不好暖，但老闆一直在很nice的在想辦法，第二天師傅也來看了，但其實半夜就已經暖了～
早餐是日式的定食，很精緻也管飽，還是很不錯的。
