The room are not clean Ran out of coffee before 7 o’clock Bathroom sink looks like it was gonna fall off. Will not recommend anyone.

I enjoyed my stay there and will be back again soon .. the breakfast was good , the pool was fun and clean , the rooms were clean and so comfortable.. I rested so good and it was peaceful!! Great hotel

Our employee was booked in this place room 314 for three days, only one towel and they never cleaned the room. None of the outlets worked so he couldn't charge his equipment. This place has gone downhill fast, and you would be beter off sleeping in your car.

Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. You would be better off sleeping on the ground outside. Toilet in my first room didn’t work, sink in the second one was about to fall off the wall. Had a reservation for 6 days, got a refund and left after 5 minutes.

This was by far the worst hotel I have everrrrrrrr stayed at... There were broken sinks leftover food in refrigerator, dirty sheets, hair in the tub and the kicker shi* letf in the toilet. This hotel should be closed down... came here for graduation weekend with family most hotels were full I could tell why this one wasnt... On top of poor communication from management regarding my refund was given the run around and a promise of returned call its been 4 days heard nothing...Disgusting to say the least they definitely need to remove the 2 stars... Management should totally be responsible. It's making click the 1 star..But I WOULD NEVER!!!

Unbelievable dump. First room stank too bad. Holes in wall and carpet. Got another room, no towels, dirty sheets with hair, no fan cover, no vacuumed floor, TV was on, window open. Never seen such a hot mess. Left it for fear of bed bugs. Absolute dump.

It was okay, could’ve been cleaner. Was trash stacked high in hallway that smelled really bad, we thought it was a dead cat or something the way it smelled and mind you this was in the hallway !! Bathroom shower curtain was a little dirty and sheets had small stain on them but that’s the only bad things. Location was great and convenient, they just have to tidy up better.

Rented 2 rooms, saftey violations in both, two being a non-functioning toilet in one room and a non functioning smoke detector/fire alarm in the other. They gave us 2 new rooms. Turns out, neither had been cleaned yet before giving us the keys. One had too many empty alcohol bottles to count. Vomit and blood on different surfaces. We noped right out of that crime scene and demanded a refund.
