Four Points by Sheraton Huntsville Airport

I had the pleasure of working with Brittney Sumners, and she was absolutely amazing. She was thorough, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her services. My experience with Brittney was outstanding. She is a great representative for the company polite, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend that you go and see her.

I had stayed here before. The staff here is great - Katlin and Kelley in housekeeping. My room was ready when I arrived. They offer free on-site airport parking. The room was a king with a view of the gates at the airport. The room was very comfortable - the ac worked great. The carpet pad was good, the room was clean. The bathroom was small and the toilet seat was loose. Liked the bottles of water in the room. The elevator was very loud. The sink drain was slow. The hotel offers a great restaurant and fitness center. The airport offers a gift shop. The bathroom products - Activ were great. All in all a great stay - will be back. Keep Up The Good Work !!!

I'm a 30+ year housekeeper. When I find that the head board and anything else hasn't been dusted is bad but to find hair facial hair on my towels and shelf that hasn't been cleaned, well it makes me second guess my stay. Disgusting!!!!! Wondering who is teaching these young or old to clean doesn't know how to clean at all. Won't be staying here anymore. Plus hot water doesn't work. 26 hr flight coming up. Not happy!!!!!

I traveled 9 hours and arrived at the hotel just to find out that my reservation was cancelled. No one from the hotel or company ever contacted me. I was told that the event that I was attending was moved so my reservation was cancelled! Well I still need a room regardless and I made my reservation with MARRIOTT not the event coordinator! They did NOTHING to rectify this problem.

The hotel is conveniently located in the airport. I stayed four days and had to change rooms twice. My first room AC didn’t work well at all. It was miserably hot, the thermostat didn’t work and noisy. So noisy i barely slept the first night. I told the front desk about it when i left for the day. They told me the maintenance would fix the issue. When i returns, the room was hot, the thermostat didn’t work still and it was loud. I called the desk and they said maintenance didn’t work that day so they moved me a few rooms down. When i went into that room, it was hot. Very hot and the thermostat was at 67. Obviously not working. I called again and they moved me to another room. This rooms AC worked better than the other rooms, but had two thermostats. Why i don’t know. And the one kept on switching off and would make the room warm. I lived with it but still there seems to be serious AC issues. The room(s) were ok. They looked run down and the carpets had hard stains on them. Truthfully they should remove the carpets and put tile or something to make it look cleaner. The only positive about the room was the water pressure in the shower. I did eat at the restaurant for breakfast and one lunch and while the food took a long long time to come out, the wait staff were amazing and attentive. As a Titanium Bonvoy Member, i have traveled a lot and it’s safe to say this hotel needs major renovations especially with the AC and overall condition of the room(s).

Everything from the checkin to the room, which was super noisy with the air con from the gym nextdoor, (won’t move me as they had no service to clean the room, even though I had just opened the door, to the restaurant, which took 40 mins for a chicken burger, with only about 10 people in the restaurant avoid at all costs, the concept of customer service has not reached this place.

Terrible stay. Gym is open 24 hours and they don’t care if someone is in there dropping weights at midnight when we just needed a good night sleep. There is also no laundry service or laundry room. The room was also dirty.

My son and I stayed at this hotel during a weekend excursion to the Madison County area. We stayed here because it was the best deal for our MarriottBonvoy points. It’s on the second story of the airport. There is an open ground lot with free parking for hotel guests. You must use your room key in the elevators as a safety measure. There is a small gym on the 6th floor with two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, an adjustable weight bench, yoga mats, and dumbbells in increments of 5 from 5 lbs to 50 lbs. The check in person was super. If you need luxury and space, stay somewhere else. If you need clean and convenient, this is a good choice. We slept like babies in great beds with no air traffic noise issues. We did not eat here.

I had stayed here before. I liked this hotel - you can see the panes from your room. Also a great restaurant on site. I was greeted upon my arrival by Chris - a very nice guy. My room was on the 6th floor facing the gates. The airport was busy . In my room the carpet was getting worn, it could of been a little cleaner. The bathrooms here are small. The room was very comfortable, When it rains the television reception does not work. The toilet handle needed to be tightened. There was hair in the tub and the towels were soiled. Also the inside of the windows was dirty. The sink was very slow to drain. There needs to be a preventive maintenance in place here. The staff was very helpful and wanted you to be there. Probably would stay here again - the issues here need to be addressed. Continued Success.
