We stayed one night at this place. The room was comfortable and spacious but you could hear hallway noise and adjacent room noise. Unfortunately our neighbors slept with their TV on all night and we could hear it. Breakfast was subpar compared to similar hotels we have visited , IMHO - stale bread and subpar eggs.

The rooms are beautiful and well appointed! Light breakfast was ok. Everything clean and nicely decorated. Showers had good water pressure. All the Workers were delightful and helpful. Thank you! Having to write 200 character min is a pain.

Room was awesome! Almost full kitchen, beds were comfy, water pressure and temp was on point! All staff I encountered were nice and helpful. I did the app for the room key. After figure of out how to use it, it was neat. Room was ridiculous expensive. I would not pay that much if I wasn’t being reimbursed. While the kitchen was nice I had no real use of it. If you are there 2 weeks - maybe. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work the first night. I got a text the next morning asking if everything was ok. I reported it not working. 2nd night ice machine still didn’t work - I went up to 3rd floor like the night before but it wasn’t working either. Finally 4th (and final) floor had ice. 2nd floor did not have ice the next morning either. I didn’t bother trying others then I didn’t have time to hunt ice. Carpets in the hall were badly stained in several places. Breakfast was good, but unless you count ketchup and mustard it was no where near the 400 item buffet advertised in the elevator. Actually you could probably count each thing they had - 6 biscuits, 2 muffins etc and still not get 400. You have to ask for housekeeping. Really- over $300 a night and you have to ask???

Lots of good things about this hotel. Large suite, comfortable bed, quiet AC, good desk work area. But a lot of little things added up to a more negative rating. For a 5 year old building, it looked much older. Cracked floor tile outside of bathroom. Touchup paint on wall that didn't match the wall color. All bedroom entry doors were smudged and dirty on the hallway side. Kitchen flatware looked like a garage sale mix of styles. Sloppy caulking in the bathroom. Bathroom door painted poorly with flat paint, felt chalky (should have been painted in some level of sheen above flat). Someone spilled dry cereal in the middle of the 1st floor hall. I told the desk about it as I came to breakfast. After I finished breakfast, it was still there. An hour later I came down the hall again, and it was still there. I told the desk (new person) about it, and he said they were aware and were taking care of it. Outlet next to the bed lamp didn't work (where I intended to charge my cell at night). Toilet seat had a crack in it. Just a lot of sloppy service and maintenance overall.

This hotel was a near perfect experience. We were greeted by friendly staff to the inviting common area. Our digital key worked perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best complimentary one that we ever experienced!

Choose H2S wherever I travel. Huntsville location easy access coming into town. Especially good for Research Park area. Close to shopping and restaurants. One of the best H2S staffs I've had the pleasure of staying with.

My company has work in Huntsville for 3 months and this hotel and their staff have been exceptional. Working to coordinate rooms and service for 10+ people has been made so easy because of their staff. They bend over backwards to help us and coordinate changes in my crew as people come and go. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any business looking for long term lodging in Huntsville.

We came to town and stayed the night. 3 employees at the hotel went out of their way in assisting us. Kimberly Jones, housekeeping. We checked in late and Neil Laird was a pleasant surprise, gave us great ideas of places to see & eat. Stephen who checked us out in the morning was all smiles and helpful. He was great at follow up too. We loved having the kitchen in the room because we had been on vacation & needed a place to store items in the refrigerator. The room was quiet and clean.
