The friendliest, most courteous staff ever! This is a hotel where everyone is invested in their guests and their guests' experiences. I travel here maybe once, twice a year, but the night manager recognizes me every time I return. Well appointed rooms, kept very clean. Quick to resolve any issues that should arise. Breakfast is included in the room price, and it's a limited selection - but almost always a tasty limited selection. Hot water for tea is available all day long. And again, the best staff I've had the pleasure to work with!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this hotel and their staff!!! Edyta, Tom, Cedric, Kat and Patti are amazing! Every time I stay here I’m am blown away by their genuine kindness. I walked into my hotel room and had a beautiful spa gift waiting for me to enjoy. The rooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable and modern. The location can’t be beat with all the different restaurant options and a Starbucks right across the street.

I stay here 3x a year, and I’m blown away at the service every time. The rooms are absolutely comfortable. The location is phenomenal with so many eateries to choose from. You can take a stroll in the area or if you like to workout there is a place to run outside. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. My favorite employee is Jonathan, he is very attentive, he understands and listens to the customer. We should have a couple of Jonathan’s in the world and it would run smoothly.

I cannot express how pleased we were with our stay at this beautiful hotel. We only needed a spot to rest between a long drive home (Florida to Indiana) and Huntsville was the middle point. We arrived at nearly 11pm, and were greeted warmly by the front desk. Check-in was a breeze, and every need was assumed, and assumed correctly. The cleanliness of the hotel, the decor, and room space were all equally impressive. When we woke this morning to enjoy the free breakfast, I was shocked by how many great, healthy options were available (especially at the oatmeal bar!) and how clean the space was. I couldn’t have been prepared though for how absolutely amazing the staff was during our whole stay. Although I haven’t had contact just yet with the lovely lady at the front desk, I truly am inspired to be a kinder, happier person just by the light she shines on others!! She made my heart so happy just hearing her interact with guests and staff alike. This has truly been one of the best experiences staying in any hotel for our family, even if it was only a 12-hour stay! Amazing job, keep up the great work!!

My family and I stayed here while we visited the Space and Rocket Museum. It was an easy drive and only took a few minutes from the hotel to get there. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. There were many restaurants within walking distance to choose from and the complimentary breakfast was a 10/10. Thank you so much Spring Hill Suites, it is no wonder why you were voted hotel of the year! We will most definitely be back :)

This was our 4th stay in 3 years, at this wonderful hotel!! Once again everyone and everything was on point with regard’s to Staff knowledge, kindness, facility cleanliness, and amenities! An excellent choice and location whether it be for Business or Leisure!!

Everyone was great! Jonathan at the front desk provided all the checkmarks and beyond to make a great stay. Everything was clean and absolutely perfect. I usually stay at the Westin, a great hotel as well but, I will choose this location over that one if the situation is a toss up.

Best Hotel experience we have had in a while. Arrived afternoon 13Sep24 greeted by the super friendly gentlemen at the desk. They answered our questions and gave us useful info/advice about hotel and the area. Hotel and room were super clean and breakfast was good. Highly recommend!
