I stayed here from 12/3/24 to 12/6/24 in room 429 on a business trip. The hotel is new, modern, clean and looks great. The front desk staff welcomed me on my arrival, they were friendly and helpful. Check in went fast and smooth. There are lots of parking spaces all around the hotel and even some charging stations for electric vehicles. The hotel is very close to the US Space & Rocket Center. My room was modern and clean, it was a Studio Suite, 1 King, Sofa bed, Skyline view. It faced the incoming busy road (with lots of traffic in the morning and late afternoon) but I didn’t hear the traffic noise. It had two large screen TV’s, a sofa, coffee table and desk with chair. There were lots of electric outlets for my computer and other items. The bed was comfortable with four pillows. There was a phone but no clock in the room. There was also a safe, coffee maker and refrigerator. I had no issues with the internet. The bathroom was large, with one big counter. The water pressure was excellent. The toiletries are in large bottles stuck to the wall. Breakfast was very good. Typical Fairfield items, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, coffee, three types of juice, yogurt and fruit. They had regular and sugar free syrup. The orange juice was sweet, not the typical tart at most hotels. The eggs were really good. Don’t get me wrong they are the microwave type, but they added seasoning and fluffed them up. Not just a brick of eggs in the warmer. Each morning there was a different type of egg, meat and potato selection. There were two attendees that kept everything stocked and fresh. This hotel was about 30 minutes away from my business meeting, but the property is new, quiet, traveling to and from the hotel was quick and easy. I will stay at this Fairfield for my next trip and recommend it to others.

We just spent nights at the Fairfield. It could have been better. First let's start with what was good. The location was ideal for the places we were visiting (US Space & Rocket Center and the Orion Theater). Our room was nice, modern, and clean and the price was fair. Now the bad stuff. We originally booked a two-night stay but decided to arrive a day earlier, and add a night. You would think that adding a night would make a hotel happy, but it caused problems. Our booking was non-refundable so instead of cancelling our original booking and rebooking, we had to do a second booking for the additional night. That was the start of our problems. Our first morning there, we went to breakfast (see below). After breakfast, we went back to our room and our keys didn’t working. We went back down to the desk and it was because of the second booking. It took the clerk a LONG time to work things out and get our keys reprogrammed. Then we had to go back to the room and get a credit card for incidentals (apparently, they couldn't just use the original card, it had to be swiped again). Two trips to our room and back when we were in a hurry. Late that afternoon when we returned to our room, it wasn't made up. Housekeeping said that we were shown as a checkout. Our room wasn't made up the next day either as, according to housekeeping, back-to-back check ins screw up their scheduling. During our three-night stay, our room was never made up and the only way we got fresh towels was to chase someone down in housekeeping. Breakfast, seriously how hard is breakfast? Our first morning we were in the elevator headed to breakfast and talking to another guest. When we said we were getting breakfast, he said "Good luck, their breakfast is terrible, I'm going somewhere else". He wasn't wrong. Without going into too many details, the breakfast is not good. After trying the Fairfield breakfast, we opted to go to McDonalds. I am not a fan of McDonalds, especially when I have free breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast at Fairfield was not good.

We stayed here on 7/19/24 in room 407. The hotel is very new and looks great. The front desk staff (am and pm)were helpful, friendly and did a great job handling the IT issue that prevented them from issuing keys. This meant they walked everyone to their room and let them it. A pain for them and the guests, (part of the CrowdStrike issue related to Microsoft but Marriot's IT dept. still had not resolved the issue over 24 hours after it happened, bad IT department) We checked in around 9:15 pm and most of the parking lot was full The room was clean quiet and the beds were comfortable. There was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The room was good sized. The internet was very good. There were plenty of electric outlets for chargers. The bathroom was big with lots of counter space. The water pressure was very good. The toiletries are in large bottles stuck to the wall. Breakfast was OK, typical of a Fairfield. Notes: The hotel is a 5-7 min. drive from the U S Space museum The room had no clock

We were in town for a summit. Needless to say our first two nights at Town Point Suites and Fairfield Inn Huntsville were awful. Once Fairfield inn arsenal opened up we quickly reserved rooms and didn’t look back. It was incredible! We Loved every aspect of this location.

Fantastic new hotel. Stopped here for a night off the highway. The price was right, the staff friendly, and the room was clean. This hotel nails it on all the basics. I imagine it’s more for business travelers as there’s nothing near by besides offices and Redstone Arsenal. But well done to management.

My husband and I booked this hotel based on the reviews and the location of where our son lives. It did not disappoint us and actually exceeded our expectations because of the service here. We checked in late on Friday night. The young lady at the desk was very polite. Our room keys did not work. She apologized several times for the inconvenience. The next morning we got to experience the friendliest accommodating staff. The complimentary breakfast of hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fresh coffee, and fruit was served by a friendly woman. A gentleman was already mopping floors and cleaning the entryway and common area. The cleaning crew were respectful of us not wanting our room disturbed. All the staff were willing to chat if I wanted to talk or let us go about our business. We were always greeted with good morning or afternoon. When we needed extra towels, we were provided with them very quickly. We felt safe because the parking lot was wee lit and you need to use your room key to get in the front door when the desk is unattended. We had a great experience at this location. If we come back to Huntsville, we will be staying here.
