The staff was very rude , i saw cockroaches in the room. No body opened the door untill 3 am i had to call multiple times to get the door opened . Terrible experience i should get my money back

Room eas cold on arrival light above sink doesnt work bathroom floor very slippery after shower almost fell and waiting to c what breakfast is like

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy. Couldnt get our tv to turn on but didnt request help. Continental breakfast was substantial.

The property is good value though a little pricey (charge $15/night for a pet) but the view from the balcony was great in the morning and evenings. Decent property and easy to get downtown. Ensure you have lower level room if you can't do stairs. No room service but ask for supplies in office. Have bbqs for use and tables. Provide continental breakfast in the morning which was nice.

There were guys drinking outside and sitting on the steps 2 doors down from my room until 11pm at night. I am a single woman traveling alone so that made me uncomfortable. Also the television didn't work.
On the positive side, room was clean and bed was very comfy. I went for a long walk nearby on a beautiful trail near the lake.

You get what you pay for. I left at 6am.
I understand it was before business hours.
I had to call to make sure my deposit was returned to my credit card. This was well after I was gone(2pm).
