The location was quite scary for price but what I did like was the elevator. I asked the clerk for a 1st floor room because my elderly parents cannot climb 4 stories high and he did mentioned that ALL 1st floor rooms are 1 bed (not sure how true that is) and that they have an elevator.

Hotel was clean, neat and smelled good. Loved the hardwood floors. Bed was comfortable. Hotel had been updated. Staff was nice and friendly.

Was not a fan of the room. There was a dirty qtip in the window seal, dried pepperoni in the floor, mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower head is made for very very short people.

Not great for a family without a car, poor location. Not a great neighbourhood. Have to Uber/Cab anywhere. If you have a car, it's fairly central to Huntington Beach and KnottsBerry Farm. For the price the motel isn't a bad deal, but you do get you what you pay for here.

The room is very clean and nice. If I opened the window, I could hear the street noise. The neighborhood is not ideal but it was good overall for the price.

Surprisingly nice for the price. Plenty of street and freeway noise, but perfectly quiet with the AC fan on. Comfy bed.
