I thought that I had already paid for everything in advance through Trip.com, and when I checked out, there was no explanation, no receipt, and after returning home, I found that the additional charges were automatically charged. When I inquired with the hotel, the drink fee that should have been charged to another room was charged here. If there is an additional charge to be debited from the card, I think the rule is to explain it at checkout and hand over the receipt. This is the worst hotel.
