From the moment we booked the communication with the hotel was excellent . We arrived to a beautifully appointed and spotless room , with tasteful decor .This followed throughout the hotel. A hotel should have staff that love their jobs and are fully invested in customer service and Caley Hall does just that without exception . Thank you to all the staff who excelled at making us feeling special and took the time to chat . We ate in the restaurant and the lounge bar. The breakfast was fabulous with both hot and cold options , evening meals were freshly cooked and so tasty with generous portions , complements to the chefs and their teams . We will definitely return , thank you Caley Hall

Enjoyed a wonderful meal here. Staff were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the dishes and the local area. Our meals were amazing and we loved the hake special dish. The local cheeses on the cheese board were fantastic and the steak was extremely nice. Fantastic meal, thank you.

Just back from a lovely weekend away. It was a last minute decision as we needed a break. Had visited Old Hunstanton but never stayed so knew the area a bit. The hotel was just perfect. Lovely room (we had a superior, plentiful parking, amazing staff and great food - the aa rosette definitely shows. And the bar/lounge area was an added bonus - with lovely comfy seating which is often missing from hotels. And we were able to explore old Hunstanton a bit more as hadn’t previously strayed far from the (excellent) beach. We were able to dream of owning one of the amazing houses in the surrounding streets! And the sun decided to show its face too which was the icing on the cake!

We have stayed at Caley Hall before but not since 2018, this weekend we stayed for one night in a superior room with breakfast. The room was immaculate and beautifully presented. It was a great size with good amenities. We had a sofa, smart TV, coffee table and chairs and a tea tray, the room also had a hairdryer which was great because I'd forgotten mine! The bathroom was large and impeccably clean with both a bath and a shower in it. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are designed in a modern country cottage style which suits the character of the building and makes it very attractive and comfortable. We chose to have dinner here, the food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The produce was of an excellent quality and we loved how the menu had abbreviations underneath showing you what allergens were in the dishes. The choice of food was very good and the portions nice and healthy! The same goes for the breakfast. The staff here are lovely and really welcoming. Nothing felt like too much trouble. It's an absolute gem of a hotel, we loved it and will definitely be back again!

Stayed mid September for a couple of nights. Found the staff throughout the hotel to be thorough and really pleasant. Had evening meals on both nights in the hotel. Menu choice was good and found the food to be excellent. We had a really good experience at the hotel and really recommend it.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable overlooking a pleasant courtyard on the ground floor. The breakfast was well-cooked with more than enough to choose from. We had dinner on our first night. The seafood linguini was delicious.

We have just stayed at the hotel for a short break for our wedding anniversary. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay. On arrival at reception we were informed that our booking had been upgraded to a luxury suite which was a lovely touch. We mentioned that it was our anniversary in passing whilst checking in, and when we arrived at our table in the restaurant for our evening meal, we had a little congratulatory card hand written on the table for us. We also were presented with a complimentary ‘Happy Anniversary’ desert too! Whilst on the subject of food , we ate in the restaurant both nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it too. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was of a high standard. Our room was absolutely spotless, well equipped and comfortable. Everywhere else in the hotel was beautifuly decorated in a modern style and again spotlessly clean. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful with a special mention for Maria and Daniel who worked tirelessly for all the guests during our stay. To sum up - we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

We didn’t stay here but used the restaurant twice .Both times it was excellent.Very good choices and good quality. Attentive and friendly service and all very good value.. The ambiance is also a factor in the enjoyable dining. I would recommend it strongly .

What a lovely place to stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. All the staff were very very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious. We only stayed for one night but I could have stayed for another couple of nights. Thank you Caley Hall
