Everything was great. They were very friendly and helped you with everything. It's a bit far from the centre, but it's great. Incredible views and a tranquillity that you wouldn't have in the centre.
If I had to say something, the breakfast could be better. We never managed to get our fried eggs right.

Fantastic place! Gorgeous views even though there is a bit of construction going on outside our balcony. Pool looked a little green, but it was promptly clean. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Restaurant was phenomenal

Hung Nguyen was a great host and the property is very nice and well-known.
The Staff is friendly and helpful and the food prepared on-site is good.
Room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was also very good.
I plan on visiting again and I will make it a point to stay at Karst Villas.

Beautiful hotel with spacious room and splendid views. Nice swimmingpool. Excellent food! staff is friendly. You can rent motorbikes cheap from the hotel. Close to caves and nice duckfarm.

The views from the Karst villas on the surrounding ricefields and mountains are spectacular, especially from the infinity pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and have excellent beds. The staff are extremely friendly. The menu is extensive and the food served is very tasty and plentiful. A range of free non-alcoholic drinks is also offered. You can borrow bikes to explore the countryside. The main attraction of the area are the numerous caves you can visit. In conclusion, if you plan to visit the area stay at The Karst villas.

Great place to stay off the beaten path. We felt like we were on a farm and the views are gorgeous and if you’d like to walk, it’s a great walk into town, about 2 miles. Food was excellent and it was a very nice Homie place. Hung, the owner, was extremely helpful and helped us with drop off and pick ups and all of our other needs. I highly suggest you enjoy this place.!! Order the vegetable stew and spring rolls and mango smoothies!!!

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed with Karst Villas and won’t be our last. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff will go above and beyond to assist you with your travels from airport transfers to planning excursions. The food is outstanding and the owner Húng always treats us like family. Can’t wait for our next adventure to Phong Nha and Karst Village.
