Excellent location. Really clean kitchens and common areas. Friendly welcome. Quite remote which made it very peaceful. Close to cliff walks. Room was basic but fine for the price. Excellent value for money.

The location is good, you can hike right outside. The room facilities are average, quite old, and the public toilets and restrooms are shared by many people. Overall it's OK

Booked a six night stay in early August 2025. The most important thing during any stay is sleep. All except one night were ruined mainly by continuous heavy snoring of some guests which affected others and excess noise during the night, Slamming doors etc. There are no night staff on duty to deal with any issues. I raised this as did other guests with staff during the day I was told that “ you get what you pay for”. Completely unacceptable. Any positives from Broadhaven cannot be measured with this attitude towards sleeping. 100 percent avoid if sleep is important to you. It is the number one priory for me and the other guests whose stays were completely ruined.

Beautiful place to stay, great location next to the beach and little village. Very windy, but that's Broad Haven! We stayed in a landpod with our dogs which was very cosy, and enjoyed breakfast at the hostel the next day. Friendly staff and free parking close by. Would recommend!

Clean and well equipped hostel with a good self-catering kitchen and great views of the sea from the dining room. It was less than five minutes walk to the beach, even with body boards. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good value. The drying room could have been a bit bigger but there was just enough space for everyone.

Great stay, made more enjoyable by a couple of the staff, but special mention must be made of Amy. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very welcoming and fun, even at the end of what must have been a long day. Hostel clean and warm, lots of hot water, and good breakfast. Will return.

A well run hostel close to the centre and a short walk to a large beach with a blue flag. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a all male dorm room num 5. which had a shower and a toilet. My lower dorm bed was comfy with fine linen. It also had lockers under the bed. There was a good bar with a lounge room. The kitchen was large and well equipped. An expensive supermarket is a 10 min walk away. A good pub is next to the supermarket. Well done YHA.

We came here for breakfast baps and coffee and again for coffee and cake. Decent coffee and the only recommendations I would make would be to make breakfast available beyond 9am during the week and to have milkshakes on the menu for the little ones. Sometimes this place is closed off if there are school trips taking place there, we were caught out on this last year when we tried to get breakfast. This year we appeared at various times of the day only to find the kitchen was closed. The menu on display outside is a little misleading making it look like they serve food all day. The YHA is also the starting point for some walks/trails.
