I stay here almost every time I come here. I think it is more convenient to do things. This time I had something urgent and wanted to ask the front desk if I could delay the check-out until 1pm. The front desk said that because we booked from Ctrip, it could not be delayed. After 12 o'clock, the system will automatically deduct the fee, 20 per hour. I have stayed in so many hotels and none of them charged for delaying for one hour. Moreover, I have stayed here many times. This time, I wanted to delay for one hour and they couldn't accommodate me. I think it's ridiculous.
