The breakfast has a rich variety, with Chinese and Western styles to satisfy your taste buds. The geographical location is superior, the surrounding business district is mature and transportation is convenient. The price-performance ratio is very high, and the details are carefully considered.

There is no internet at all. I called the front desk and asked a staff member to come over and said, "You are connected, there is nothing I can do if the internet is not good." Look, I stayed for two nights and the network status was the same. It looked like the Wi-Fi was full, but in fact, WeChat couldn't be used. It was just like the promise my boss made to me.

I was given the key to Room 301. When I went upstairs, I saw two upper hairs and two lower hairs on the sink. It was so disgusting. I told the waiter and changed to 303. Hunchun was very cold on the day I went there, and I didn't get warm at all when I turned on the air conditioner. I tried to find the front desk, but the call was unreachable. I called Ctrip and then the call was connected. The customer service answered my call and hung up directly, saying that he was going to check on the air conditioner without saying a word. I said you hung up before I finished talking, and he said didn't I go to check on the air conditioner? In real life, it's also impolite to do this before others have finished talking, even worse than me. Later, people who came said that this is normal, and no one turns on the air conditioner now. I understand that it is indeed the case after all, it is central air conditioning. But is your attitude also part of the service industry? The woman at the front desk not only has a bad attitude, but she also behaved like a sangmenxuan when I went to check in.
