The hotel service staff are very friendly and the environment is elegant. There is an outdoor lounge area and swimming pool, and there is a coffee bar on the first floor. You can get a new product coupon for free when you check in at the front desk. It is very comfortable to have a glass of wine in the evening and sit outside to enjoy the breeze! The room facilities are complete, the room is large, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. It is highly recommended!

This front desk is really bad. I have never seen such a bad front desk. They don’t take customers seriously at all. They go their own way and deal with things in their own way. This made me feel really bad in the morning. I believe I will be in a bad mood in the next few days because of this. It's very bad. It's very disappointing. I don't understand how the front desk of a place can come so early to ruin other people's mood. I think it makes me extremely disappointed with this hotel and I will never visit again. 第一次來瀏陽，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。酒店非常新，服務特別好，有免費洗衣服務，還提供了很多物品，特別是服務管家姚梓晴，要給美女一個大大的贊。辦理入住後，第一時間加了微信，介紹瀏陽的美食和交通，真的好貼心！

服務還比較貼心，並大方的贈送了4份早餐，早餐的粉面還不錯，還有多項免費服務，比如贈送一次性洗臉巾，晚安夜粥，提供洗臉盆等。總的來説，還算物有所值。建議就是早餐可以豐盛一點，再就是親子房能有點小朋友玩的玩具或者元素。

酒店的位置方便，工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境很贊，房間乾淨衞生，洗澡水很大，床和枕頭都很舒服。下次有機會肯定還會再來。
