Clean, adequate, comfortable, good staff, good facilities and food. Recommended. They have free transportation to the hotel, they schedule the trip for you, very comfortable spaces. Great place for me. The staff was very accommodating to my needs.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff is friendly and the room was clean, spacious and ℹ especially enjoyed the shower!

Was overall good trip, but one big complaint is they have church service on Sundays, and while I don't mind that part, I do mind being right next door room wise to the place when the subwoofer and people screaming wake up my kid. Noone informed us of this before hand and could only say sorry. Also the clerk at front desk js also only person to run the airport shuttle so if he's out and about good luck.

We visited the Courtyard Houston Kingwood to evacuate Hurricane Ida. Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly and understanding of our situation. The General Manager, Mr. Ollie made sure our family had a worry-free stay. The area was safe and inviting. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when evacuating or when visiting the Houston area.

I was there as part of a huge wedding nearby, and had to check in ~ 100 family members at once when we arrived on a bus. Celeste really helped us out, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was checked in and our quickly. She also helped us out with breakfast, making sure we were able to eat before heading to the wedding, and got us all checked out in a half hour window so we could catch a bus home. She was incredibly organized and helpful througout!

When flying out of Houston International, I stay overnight at this property. Very convenient, great staff, dependable shuttle to the airport terminal, good breakfast, etc.. Been following this routine prior to catching my flight. Recommend this hotel to all when making an early am flight!

The service was absolutely amazing, after our last experience I called ahead of time and asked to be moved away from the interstate and we were moved. The location is perfect, the rooms and entire property were clean as always. The pool was perfect!
