Low budget motel on a deserted street 15 minutes from IAH airport. Check in person sits behind plexiglass barrier, which indicates what they think of the safety of the neighborhood. Very cheap but below the minimum standards that most people would have.

Airport shuttle is really fast like they pick us up early than pick up time also request for shuttle is easy. Our room is cleanliness and spacious. Front desk is nice

Affordable. Has free shuttle ride. But no vending machine that actually works. Noisy because it's kind of a motel. But staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 stars

Got lucky with the airport shuttle timing. Overall a very good value stay. The lo ation close to shopping makes it a great choice if you arrive early for a long overnight stopover.

Washcloths missing, coffee maker didn't work, sticky cup rings on night stand, vanity mirror cracked and light flickering, no HDTV.

Half of the lights didn’t work in the room. Bathtub was extremely dirty.
After I used the shower, a baby cockroach immediately appeared which I assume came out of the drain.
Our tv remote didn’t work, we got new batteries from the front desk and it still did not work. We were too tired to deal with it further. Wifi was spotty.
We had a scheduled airport shuttle pickup time of 4am and were told to be at the lobby at 3:45. The the lobby door was locked and we had to sit outside where there was numerous drunk people hanging around and it felt very unsafe.
