A highly recommended hotel. If you come to Hulunbuir, you must stay here. The transportation is convenient. There is Lubuli Restaurant downstairs. It is also very close to Genghis Khan Square. The hotel has a long history and many leaders have stayed here. The breakfast is also rich, the decoration is grand, the service is great, and the room facilities are also very satisfactory. Overall it's pretty good, it's just been renovated, it's clean and sanitary, everything is new, the mattress is latex and comfortable. The staff are also quite enthusiastic and have a good attitude. There is free parking and the location is good. Taking a taxi from Hailar is cheap and very convenient.
Disadvantages: There are two pillows, but they are both high pillows, which loses the meaning of two pillows. They are usually equipped with high and low pillows, which is not friendly to people who cannot sleep on high pillows.
The water heater only works if there is electricity in the room (someone inserts the card to check in), which is a flaw. The water boiled very slowly. I thought the water heater was broken. I originally wanted to take a shower when I checked in in the morning and then go out for a walk. However, after waiting for an hour, it was still not hot, so I had to come back and wash it again in the evening.

The service is warm and the facilities are first-class. We were upgraded to a suite, which is spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the sunrise. The bedding is very good. I have always been very particular about my bed, so I took a bath and slept soundly. They also gave us snacks, which were super delicious. During my stay, I caught up with the winter games and the better hotels in Hulunbuir were relatively tight! Finally chose the nearest Zhouji hotel from the station.
Intercontinental Hotel made me more satisfied. First of all, the price is not high, but the price is very high! ps: On the morning of departure, someone held a wedding banquet in the hotel and set off fireworks. We just washed the car and it was blown up with dust. We communicated with the front desk and the process was a bit bumpy. Fortunately, the hotel’s capable male manager solved it in the end. He vacuumed some of it and we washed it again ourselves. This incident was a small episode, but generally speaking, if the hotel notifies us in advance, it may help us, the travelers on the road, to accept it quickly!

A must-visit hotel in Hailar. The architecture is like a fairytale castle, very photogenic, and the service is also very good. The front desk was very enthusiastic to change the room next to each other and gave 3 extra breakfasts. The free experience of changing the palace costumes exceeded expectations. She saw that we came with 4 kids and weren't sure about ticket purchasing for Matryoshka Park, she kindly advised us and gave us one more spare ticket ”just in case”. The ticket prices from the hotel lady were cheaper than those offered to us by two other taxi drivers, so I felt that she was very genuine. I asked about the washing machine and she kindly let us wash our stuff since we were travelling with 4 kids. The floor tiles upon entering were very nice too. I'd definitely stay at the same place again the next time I come!

JJavedOne of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Perfect location, a lot of restaurants , Marts , pharmacies , ATM, shopping malls and clubs are just a walking distance away. The rooms of the hotel are big and hot water with good pressure is available all the time. The famous Zhong'e Shangmao Pedestrian Street is just 5 to 7 minutes distance away. It is an ideal for foreigners as I saw a lot of tourist from various countries staying in this hotel. Above all , the host of the hotel is a kind, humble and helpful guy. I stayed my stay just because I was satisfied with my stay here. I will always remember the gentleman .Highly recommended.
