The front desk weren’t welcoming. The room was very dusty as I could see dust in the air and felt like I had inhaled it. Outside very loud at night time.

Traveling to Hulunbuir, I stayed here on the first night after landing. The location is excellent, just near the ancient city, and very convenient in all aspects. The hygiene is very good and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk upgraded our room type and gave us breakfast. Thank you very much. However, there was no electricity in the room when we arrived. After contacting the front desk, several staff members showed up. After struggling for a while, they finally asked us to change rooms. In our hurry, we forgot to check if there was anything forgotten in the original room. We found that the sun visor was missing and we searched for it at the scene. The waiter said he didn't see it. I checked in wearing a hat and didn't leave the hotel. I just changed rooms and lost my belongings. I can only blame myself for being careless and bad luck.
